I wanted to ensure the stucco patch matched the house. The day before the job and morning of, I received a text confirming the job start time. Alvarado arrived on time and went straight to work. The job took about 5 hours, and he made sure the work area was clean. He did such a great job! I could not even tell where the vent was. Al showed up on time and got a sample of the stucco to get a paint match. Came back shortly and went to work removing the decaying stucco. Then applied the new stucco. Every area of new stucco was painted and it look really nice. Al worked very clean and left everything very tidy from his work area. I also had a couple interior doors that would not stay open. He adjusted them and now they are balanced and stay open. No more door stops. Al is very conscientious and has great work ethics. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

With the intense sun and high moisture many overnights, the stucco color can take a beating. It actually didn't really look that bad, which explains why I went for Fog Coating again, it just needed a refresher. I want to commend the Fog Coat team. Tom, the owner, is very easy to work with and trusting to do a great job. While the project started in the second week of December, anyone is Southern California knows that doesn't mean the weather is always good. The week before we had significant rain and then the week my project started it was more like a heat wave. Due to the intense sun and I have some very large exterior walls, it was a bit of a challenge to get all the matching correct, but Hector and Jacob did an excellent job. A couple of other days the morning was so wet it was like it rained that morning, but it was just the thick fog. One of those days the fog never lifted, but the team was able to work through the challenge and completed the project with my full and complete satisfaction.
