The sauces let down the homemade pasta we ordered which is why i'm giving a lower score. The pastas themselves were great (ñoquis and sorrentinos) but the mushroom sauce was pretty much cream with a few dried mushrooms thrown in at the end, zero taste. The bolagnesa sauce was a little better but lacked seasoning. Food is served sloppily table side. I'd give this place another shot but would definitely order something else.

The menu is substantial and varied and everyone in our party of seven had a different main course, all with rave reviews. We were here on a Tuesday night around 9:00 pm and seating was available indoors and outdoors. We were greeted at the door by Marcello and if you're lucky enough to have him as your waiter you will be informed and served by a warm-hearted gentleman who is a twenty-year employee who knows his stuff. I advise you to follow his advice. It would take far too long to review each individual meal so I won't try. As I said, seven out of seven satisfied friends should speak volumes. Enjoy either the cozy inside or the open air outside but do enjoy a really good dining experience at a phenomenal price when you are in the area.

This pizza, despite its huge dimensions, was very light to eat. Service was kind and welcoming, flexible with our requests and patient with our language barrier. We ate inside, and although it's a very welcoming environment, I would probably choose to eat outside next time, if it's summer. The road is kind of quiet, so if temperature allows, I would definitely go for it.

It was often crowded and once a month the owner, who's appearance is as wild as his restaurants, held a monthly customer party. Fast forward to 2015: Now he has three locations, all within a couple of blocks of each other. I haven't eaten at the others, but C and I had lunch here on Sunday and found the ambiance, food and service to be very good ... as before. The only two negatives: 1.) is that they have their menu on a blackboard that the server brings to your table. And another one with the wines. I hate this system. You can't take your time and feel under pressure to make a decision quickly, as the server is standing there waiting. For cryin' out loud, it's 2015 ... can't they just buy a printer? 2.) the stupid blackboard doesn't mention that they have pizza. I really wasn't in the mood for pasta, but virtually all the items on the blackboard are pasta. I ordered the bondiola, which I wasn't in the mood for either. As our server brought our food, I noticed another server delivering a pizza to another table. Grr. Consequently I won't be returning anytime soon. Too disorganized. The egg is runny and the pasta was cooked to perfection. They do charge a cubiertos price to eat in, which was about $3 USD for 2 people.
