I read up on his methods, as I am not able to have a "regular" chiropractor work on me as it would prove more harmful than good. The activator technique was something I had never heard of before my first appointment, and I was weary at first. After my first appointment, I knew I had found- forgive me if it comes across as super dramatic- the needle in the haystack I had been searching for for years. A pleasant surprise- insurance is accepted. However, I originally found the office on Groupon, and paid $50. for three sessions. Not bad... Another pleasant surprise- Dr. Koch is the kind of Doctor that puts you at ease and actually listens to what it is that is bothering you. And then, on top of that, he takes that info and uses the activator technique on places that I would not have thought would be tied to the places in which the pain is the worst. I am so grateful to have found such a caring, knowledgeable and all around great chiropractor. If you are young or old or in between- he can help you. The office is comfortable, clean and quiet. Perhaps not the most important, yet for me- it makes things very simple- Dr. Koch encourages texting for appointments and he is quick to respond and just as quick to find you an appointment. So he's the one to see. Really. I have tried a lot of different ways to help with my neck, back and shoulder pain- and while I am not against incorporating other avenues (acupuncture, yoga, learning what exercise is... ) I will always keep Dr. Koch as my main source of healing.
