Color me shocked when they showed me the Alignment report on why she had 2 rear tires going bald on the outside where even the steel belts were showing on one. Even hitting a pothole every day for 6 months couldn't have screwed up her alignment that bad. They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to apply within one day. Didn't wash for two weeks. Which was hard with all the tree sap and bird crap on the car. When the time came, I sprayed with only water. Everything slid right off. The car looked spotless. Very happy that I took their recommendation.
