I knew from the calls they were receiving thatvthey were understaffed but giving it their all to keep up with the workload. They simply asked me to be a little patient. Bearing in mind that I had pretty much just walked in, I tried to tell them that if given guidance I could make the necessary adjustments to the trailer. Staff were courteous and reassured me that while they were busy, they would definitely get to it. Sure enough, I was there for about 30 minutes (maybe not even that long) they got the adjustment knocked out and pointed out what was fixed. I can't express my gratitude enough online. Great folks and while I had no plans on going for anything more than a visual inspection, the fact that they made the on the spot correction speaks volumes for their customer care and professionalism.

I made reservations at this campground in December 2025 for a one-night stay in June 2026. After…read morereading several terrible recent reviews about the condition and management of the park, I decided it would be best to stay elsewhere. Before cancelling, I reviewed my reservation confirmation, which clearly stated that cancellations made more than 30 days in advance would receive a refund of the deposit minus a $35 booking fee. Since I was well outside the 30-day window, I called today to cancel. I was told the campground is now under new management and they are not honoring any previous policies or agreements, so I would not receive any refund at all. I explained that the recent negative reviews were the reason I no longer felt comfortable staying there. The person I spoke with simply repeated "no refund" and then hung up on me. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Be aware before booking here, especially if you expect them to honor their written cancellation policies. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
