During our wait I asked about a restroom and they showed me to one in the back of the shop. I explained that I didn't need it, it was for my partner. He said he had a different one for her. The super clean one in the office. ;-) They had several super sweet old cars in the shop as well.

I told him I had put in all the information about what my car needed. He told me he can't see that information in his system. He made it sound like it was my fault for scheduling the appointment online. Drive an hour back home, all with the check engine light on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

The rear window in my GMC Sierra was stuck "down" and would not go up. The idea of driving 4 hours back to Colorado with an open window, in 90 degree weather, was not attractive. Went to Wolf Auto, explained my problem. They were booked solid, but said if I could leave it all day (the next day) they would either get the window back up, or fully fix the problem. Next day, they brought in the part from an hour away, and had my track back to me by 4pm. Totally fantastic.
