When I returned, the staff acknowledged the mistake, which I appreciated. However, I was then told I would need to wait in line again to have it corrected. After already waiting about 2 hours the previous day, being asked to wait again because of an error on their end was very frustrating. While the team was polite, this situation could have been handled much better. When a mistake like this happens, customers shouldn't have to lose more time to fix it. I hope the management improves how they handle service errors in the future.

They cost $200 for a trip to Honda to find out what the noise was under my car, $10 for the clips they broke, $350 for the rust proofing panel that was warped between them jamming it in and it rubbing on the floor.
