He completely butchered all the sensor wires because he messed up and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He ran the wiring harness in the wrong direction and had to add wire in and caused misfiring in my engine and all kinds of different sensor error codes. He zip tied the wires to anything he could. Because of his lack of knowledge and professionalism the re-wiring he completed shorted one of my modules. I took my car to Georgian BMW right after and they confirmed they did a botch job with photo evidence. They wrote everything JB Tire Tec did in detail in the invoice. This cost me over $3300 to fix. He is not responding to any of our text messages. We can see the read receipts and he is completely ignoring us and not taking any responsibility. Shame on him! Do not ever do business with this man. He will ruin your vehicle and cost you thousands of dollars. Look at the photos the dealership sent me. Its absolutely gut wrenching to see this kind of work done to your BMW.

The alignment screen showed everything was already within specification before any work began. About 15 minutes later, with no noticeable adjustments made, I was charged **$120 + tax**. It honestly felt like paying for a service my car didn't need. When I asked for the before-and-after alignment report, I was told the system "sometimes doesn't save the initial readings." That explanation was difficult to believe, especially with the live alignment display visible in the waiting area. Honesty and ethics are just as important as technical skills. I chose not to argue because I don't believe in arguing with people when trust is already lost. I work hard for my money, and spending what amounts to a day's wages on a service that appeared unnecessary left me feeling taken advantage of. I won't be returning.

I was told by the owner who runs the shop that they checked the wiring and it was fine. Only for me to continue to have problems - took it to the dealership and it was the fuel injector harness. I had multiple fees from multiple visits only for them not to check or repair the issue i had stated. Extremely disappointed, was a repeat customer and will not be going back.
