I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I will start off by saying this house we just moved into has crappy old windows with crappy old…read morestorm windows covering them. Because they were so bad, the owners hadn't cleaned them in years, hence hiring Paul to do ours. As a result of the cleaning, we came away with two broken storm windows. The first was not his fault, it broke while being taken out. The second window, however, was much smaller and easier to handle. It was removed from the frame, placed on the ground, moved inside (cleaning was then delayed a couple of days) relocated inside, brought out to Paul to clean, successfully cleaned, then after the cleaning was completed was not handled carefully as it needed to be, and the outer frame broke on it causing the glass to fall out and break. A crappy window? Yes. Should have broken? No. Handling with two hands would have prevented that. I paid for the first window (including the $175 labor charge) and only asked to be reimbursed for the second labor charge, glass, and parts ($82ish) and was denied that claim. So I am eating that cost. The other issues I had were that Paul tracked mud into the house, had to clean it off of the carpets, floors, and our bathmat in one bathroom (white) had to be bleached a couple of times to get the mud stains out. Also, the tracks to windows were vacuumed out, but not really cleaned. Also meant that we had to go back and clean all of the window sills of the dirt that was left behind. It was a tough job, and the windows that were cleaned were done really well. I'm not gong to write a one star review because I understand the difficulty level with this one. But especially the mud and window sill clean up were frustrating.

He came picked up a check. Dropped off the soffits & a ladder yesterday. I asked augusto what day & time he would start he said Friday (today) not before 8am & no later than 9am. It's now after 11am locally. No show no call. They eventually showed up to start. Due to poor business management they started during a snow storm. So as we talked about debris of slivered cut metal & screws everywhere in the yard, my 5 month old puppy is my concern. They tell me not to worry they have a magnet I'm STILL PICKING SLIVERS OF METAL OUT OF MY GRASS they lied. Have they installed gutters before??? NOPE I had to be the first. The miter corners didn't match up and I have more water problems with my foundation than when I had the original gutters. Spouts don't come down low enough. They used my old extensions as well. I sent photos to the young owner but as of 24 hours later no response. I fear I'll never hear from them again. now you know my story with pictures now you make the choice! NOT WORTH OVER $5000. We can't go the winter with these faulty leaky gutters so while we take them to court you can pick another gutter company. Update Feb. he charged me again to take off the gutter guards and left more screws in the lawn. Today I'm the only house on the block with icicles & leaks everywhere!! I never had any problems with my originals gutters! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAN
