We really needed something durable but we didn't want our floors to have that laminate flooring feel. Absolutley no complaints about the material, just where we bought it from. When my wife called to discuss the concern and what can be done about it she was hung up on. My brother owns a floor laying company in another province. I took video of the carpet in my home. My brother indicated to me that the install was incredibly poor and the company should stand by their work and repair it. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and how we were treated. I would recommend no one deal with this company as they do not stand by their work and use sub par materials but charge as if they are top quality.
