Frantic, I began calling courier services who would be able to pickup the package at Fed Ex and deliver it to Hill AFB. Thank goodness I was able to stumble upon J & R in my google search!! Joanne arrange to pick up the package at Fed Ex and was able to contact the person who the package was addressed to and deliver it to them right outside of Hill. My day went from "FRANTIC" to "ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY SATISFIED"!! Thank you J & R, I recommend them to everyone and wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

They hardly ever answer the phone, when they do they tell you to just wait until 8pm. It's always the same person that answers the phone, it's like a one man show sort of company. Needless to say, they lied and didn't deliver my package. I had to cancel the order. I'm not sure what measures they take to make sure their drivers I use proper measures to sanitize since this company is like an Uber delivery service, they have drivers that volunteer if they want to work that day. They also say they offer benefits after 90 days and PTO, but that's ALL a complete lie. They also say they pay you for the more stops you do over 150 but my paychecks always stayed the same even through peak season. (Other FedEx partnered companies pay more than this). The only thing that changed it was working 6 days a week instead of 5. Once I finally quit they decided to change my pay to 7.25 / hr for the last paycheck instead of the wage I agreed to. That's if they pay me. I haven't even received that paycheck yet. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

The package got stuck in Canada and was then sent back to the Shipito warehouse in California. UPS tracking confirmed that it was received and signed for by someone named Joyce. Since then, I have heard nothing. I've done everything possible to resolve this: Sent two emails Raised multiple service tickets Sent over 10 messages Called three times and left messages with the claims department Despite all this, I have not received a single response. My $3,000 (the value of the package plus shipping) is effectively gone, and the lack of accountability is appalling. I cannot believe a company can treat its customers this way. To Shipito's CEO, Dale Pohlpeter, I urge you to address this situation immediately. Ignoring customers who trust your service is unacceptable.
