I had given up hopes of getting one of the nicer dryers and began looking at very basic models. However, I was able to get an awesome extra-large capacity (did I mention the 4 kids?!) dryer for several hundred dollars less than anywhere else - bringing the price right into our budget. Yes, there was a dent on the side, but seriously who will ever notice that? And honestly, who goes in your laundry room outside of those who see you first thing in the morning with all your own personal dings and dents! Tim was amazing! There was a black smudge on the front of the (white) dryer and I asked him if he thought I could paint over that (I wasn't too concerned about it, but just in case I wanted to make it look perfect) and he offered to do that for me before we left! He helped my hubby load it into the back of our minivan (4 kids, remember...) and we had it home and running before the next load of laundry was ready to be switched (4 kids, remember... laundry is an everyday event in this house) and I love it. It works perfectly and even if there is a problem I have faith that they will stand by their word to help me get it fixed, but I do not see that happening.

I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.
