This place is the best! We needed a new dryer and we needed it right away. After looking online at…read moredifferent places and seeing that many of the models we were considering would not be shipped or available for more than a month - I have four children living at home, no way could we go a month without a dryer! - and were simply out of our price range we headed to Express Appliance. I had given up hopes of getting one of the nicer dryers and began looking at very basic models. However, I was able to get an awesome extra-large capacity (did I mention the 4 kids?!) dryer for several hundred dollars less than anywhere else - bringing the price right into our budget. Yes, there was a dent on the side, but seriously who will ever notice that? And honestly, who goes in your laundry room outside of those who see you first thing in the morning with all your own personal dings and dents! Tim was amazing! There was a black smudge on the front of the (white) dryer and I asked him if he thought I could paint over that (I wasn't too concerned about it, but just in case I wanted to make it look perfect) and he offered to do that for me before we left! He helped my hubby load it into the back of our minivan (4 kids, remember...) and we had it home and running before the next load of laundry was ready to be switched (4 kids, remember... laundry is an everyday event in this house) and I love it. It works perfectly and even if there is a problem I have faith that they will stand by their word to help me get it fixed, but I do not see that happening.

After she ask where I was from and heard California her first response was "you could have lied" which really???? Then proceeded to tell me a story about her friend from Washington and how when he moved here when he went to set up utilities that they told him that if he had said California that they wouldn't turn on his utilities!!! Which I assume was a joke. I get it Idaho people but I'm in your place of business spending money at local stores. You have no idea why I even moved here, so I shared with her that we honestly didn't have a choice. We lost out beautiful home on the October wildfires. Now I don't wish this on anyone and when everyone is under insured and the house prices along with building costs are so high, what does one do but have to move out of state. I think a few employees better start getting their resumes up to date. I'm back and pissed now. I can't believe the reviews of how Nancy is so wonderful. OMG, she needs to find another job and take Ryan with her. She was no help from the beginning. She ruined everything, she couldn't comprehend simple instructions, the cement pad was by my fault measured incorrectly because of her ignorance and unhelpful customer service. Ryan didn't care, he just wanted a conference call to save her job. He never checked back and I never heard from the owner, that if I was an owner and new there was a lack of communication and an irate customer I'd be on the phone step by step. Let's see how it turns out by end of build. The installers worked with me very kindly and intelligent compared to the actual office workers. Oh, and your "brillant" Nancy didn't say anything about the door on HER DESIGN, hitting the fence. So I had to have the installers turn the shed MY WAY WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL WAY, so it won't hit anything. I should have gone with Stor Mor shed

My second visit to SunPro, and I base my review solely on my interaction with Charlie Whitley, and…read moreJeff, who today took time to explain staining procedures n new Fiberglass doors I purchased today. I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.
