We were waiting for what seemed like forever until I went outside our room to find his doctor sitting there talking to another doctor cutting up and said she'd be in in a minute. Which turned out to be 15 minutes. We were not seen by his actual doctor until 5:40. After she finally came into the room she was very rude to me about the questions I had and half of them were left unanswered. We were her last appointment and she rushed out of the room for the nurses to come in and give him his shots. We were hardly with her for 15 mins. This was the second appointment we have had with her and honestly I'm not sure we will even go back. We were there for a total for 2 hours just for a routine check up. The nurses and girls at the front desk were great, the doctor Rebecca Koehl was not. Very unhappy.

He says just enough, maybe the tiniest bit more, to explain what's going on, and that's that. You're in and out pretty quickly, which is always nice when visiting the doctor. The ladies that work the front desk here need a little bit of polish. They're friendly enough, but their customer service skills need help. I sat for about 10 minutes after signing in before I was asked for my credit card and given the necessary paperwork I needed to complete. I know, 10 minutes isn't a long time, but I was the first one in the door and expected to be taken care of, well, right away. But once the computers were on and booted up, coffee poured and sipped, pencils sharpened, etc, I was taken care of. Not a big deal. Dr. Fenton is great, I was still in and out in about an hour and the office is just a few miles from our house. I'll be back.

Ms. Houser would benefit from training in continuity of care. My primary doctor and I had a treatment plan that we had been executing for four years. Ms. Houser wanted to change that without having spoken to me. That is the opposite of continuity of care. Ms. Houser would also benefit from re-training as a medical care provider. In my brief interaction with her, she ruined the reputation of the family practice I had been attending for more than 15 years. It is unfortunate that my primary doctor retired. Even though Ms. Houser works in the same office, she did not review the previous doctor's lengthy history of managing my mental health condition. Seek medical help from another professional. Ms. Houser does not have the empathy to be in medicine.

He wanted us to schedule the follow up appointment wanting the MRI done by the date of the appointment and stated Beacon was the only location who could provide the MRI he needed. When scheduling the MRI it was complete phone tag and stated they could not get my husband in even if the MRI was marked STAT. Today, was a mess within its self. His scheduler Tabetha was rude and nasty would not let me talk talked over me. Then processed to tell me it was our fault that my husband has waited over a 1 yr for a second opinion and that we were rushing the MRI. I would not recommend anyone to them!
