I go inside Check in And my 14 min wait time jumps to 43...I ask the girl at the counter she says she doesn't know. She asks Jody and I'm told I am next...then the customer leaves the chair and I am told I have to get him first... I explain I just asked about all this...why is this happening now...response "I don't know...but guess you're next..." what a waste of time
