The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.

Arrowood Contracting is incompetent and dishonest. I am out of over $10,000 of materials and…read morelabor. Contractor represented that the job was complete. I was managing from a remote location, trusted his word through pictures and paid in full. When I arrived on site came to find out that five interior closet doors three exterior doors were nothing but painted instead of replaced as per the contract. Bathroom shower floor does not slope towards the drain and puddles. Painters clearly did not use painters tape or remove wall plates from outlets. The interior doors that were replaced two of them do not close or stay closed properly. The countertop that was replaced for installing a new sink does not match the other countertops. Etc. etc. etc. The major issue is the fraud of new materials and labor that were never provided. Contractor has blocked me from calling deleted me from access on their Facebook page and does not communicate. I'll leave it to our lawyers to communicate at this point. Avoid them at all costs..
