It would have used with probably another hour or two of cooking but it was still delicious. It was served with a beautiful array of veg which provided a colourful background for the lamb. This place fills up quickly, so get there when they open around noon. When I studied at Montpellier University over the summer (2011) we would go there a couple times a week it was so good.
