While some may consider it far from the city center, it's conveniently located near several tram/bus lines, and you'll be anywhere in Geneva within 20-30 minutes. While taxis, Uber, and other rideshare are one way to get around, you'll find that the public transportation in Geneva is king, and depending on where you're going, you might even get there without a transfer.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and have a full kitchen. Some service occurs every day, but full linens and deep clean are only every three or so days for longer stays, or more often upon request, naturally.
The breakfast - whether you pay for it or it's included - is WELL worthwhile. Super fresh fruits, delicious breads and pastries, some of which are baked in-house, and your typical European offerings of eggs, yogurt, cheese, and charcuterie. THe hot dishes are also tasty, and as a vegetarian, I focused on the potatoes, which cycled through a few different varieties over my two-week stay.
In the afternoons, flavored iced water, and pastries are offered, and coffee/tea (via machine) is available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Next to the front desk, they have a little shop with beer, wine, and other beverages, snacks, and even meal ideas like pasta. You have a full kitchen, remember. The ice creams are delicous, especially in the hot months.
Laundry facilities are located in the basement level - two washers and two dryers. You can buy your tokens at the front desk, and I'll recommend getting an early start if you try to do this on the weekend.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and speak several languages fluently.
