Camp Yale is a state of the art outdoor team building and leadership development center located within 30 acres of woods in east central Indiana just south of the city of Winchester. We specialize in facilitated team building and leadership development for corporations, organized adult groups, and young people of all ages. We offer a 17 station team building challenge course, a 50-foot climbing tower, 450-foot zip line, archery, a one acre fishing pond, camping, disc golf course, a 2-mile native tree and wildflower identification trail, shower facilities, a shelter house, campfire pits, and more. We have a passion for leadership and team development in a relaxed, highly enjoyable outdoor retreat experience.
