I said why not give it a try I walked into Grateful Heard Studio in Crestview. It felt so welcoming I met Gracie and she was so nice she helped me get started. The class was so good she gave tips and advice. The classes vary in experience level I'm a 0 level I do 3 to 4 1 hour classes a week. I could go on & on. The bottom line Yoga was exactly what I needed. Walking is good but Yoga works my mind and my body. I started feeling stronger, my last 10 lbs fell off, and my energy level skyrocketed.
