This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of ammenties and they can definitely accommodate bigger rigs, our 40' Motorhome and toad fit into the level site with ease. We requested a large site so we didn't have to unhook and could exit the park the next morning so site 30 worked out great we exited the site right onto the side street, there were some low hanging branches on the road which has nothing to do with the park but we were able to maneuver around them. The park owners should address this with the county road maintenance department to eliminate the concerns. It's obvious the staff here continues to make upgrades so as good as it is it can only get better. Access is very easy exiting exit 112 west bound off I-10. As others have stated Bonifay is a very small town but there are a number of restaurants in close proximity we had dinner next door at M&W Bbq. We are so happy to have found this place and definitely plan to visit them again in the future. I thought the prices were very fair and everything worked out great, for us this is a park that we highly recommend...

They were all friendly, accommodating and we will be back when it cools off some to rent the pontoon and fish on Gantt Lake. This park, it's staff and management continue to make improvements and it's one to visit and you will feel very welcomed. Some TV movie streaming issues yet they have cable, and otherwise a perfect trip and a very good venue for clubs, rallies or music events.

Just got back from an excellent 3.5 day retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures…read more My husband and I brought 25 students, plus our two kids down to Troy. While the website was impressive, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The staff is warm and welcoming. The camp is family run, and it is obvious that the rest of the staff are included in that warmth. Our students had a blast on the zip lines and ropes courses, and grew together as a group through the facilitated team building activities. As a director of Residential Life it was incredibly heart warming watching the students open up to each other and work together in a new way. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things. Even though my husband and I were the only chaperones of 25 teens (with our two kids), we felt relaxed the entire time. Because of the staff's collaboration with us, we knew the students were taken care of. It made the entire adventure a relaxing experience - which, believe me, is a huge feat. While there were threats of a storm (which never happened) we felt perfectly safe with the camp's procedures. Any of our group's random complications were handled with grace and support. You can really tell the thought and care that Susan, Ron, Natalie, and the rest of the crew put into the entire experience. Did a Groupon for one of the zip lining adventures for two. We came during off season so it was…read moreonly the two of us lol. Approx 1.5 hours away from Destin but the drive wasn't terrible. You sign a waiver and you have to weigh between 70 to 250 pounds for the zip line. Our two tour guides Jaeda and Spencer were amazing. As someone who's never zip lined before, they were comforting and patient. I think this zip line tour was good for beginners and kids. I think there were 10(?) zip lines that were approx 300 feet each. I'd prefer a longer one next time!

Well... this move demonstrated just how bad the rat damage was as the hydraulic hose for my jacks…read moreand slide was completely shot and sprayed a gallon of fluid all over the concrete at my new campsite... No kidding it looked like a sprinkler from where the rats ate through my hose!!! It was a slight leak and this time it was Huge!!! Yes-- the rats at SUNSET KING did this damage!!!! I am facing a $2000 repair for this hose alone -- I have no idea the rest of the damages!!! NEVER CAMP HERE. The owners would not even call the people that had complaints back ... and removed the card pic I placed!!! However my review WAS RETURNED!!! Good luck with YOUR STAY... Kim moved out of the park but still lurking on her golf cart.... Tell her to get a better stylist.. she looks like Willie Wonka's opah Loompa!!! No kidding...
