Today Nazi said they don't (who is she to say?) and charged me for a non-resident fee for them ...without saying that's what she was doing. I have paid Broomfield over $5,000 over the years to be a member, continuing to pay all thru Covid to be supportive without the benefit of being able to use the centers, and this is who greets you at the desk and decides your status. The b-rex online registrations are always!!!! horrible! Let's start with connection. I am sitting IN one of the rec centers right now, so they cannot blame this on my wifi. The sites are slow and not well designed, both of which lend themselves to their dropping you mid-attempt to register. Pointlessly very frustrating to have to start again three times before getting all the way through. The Bay and the rest of the Broomfield rec centers are not connected City entities?! What?! The equipment and pools are good. I especially appreciate the choice of water temps, and the first class lap pools at the BCC.

We've been attending Mad Science camps for 3 years and have had a great experience. I can't speak…read moreto birthday parties, but the summer camps (and the virtual camps during COVID-19 shutdowns) have been excellent. Both my children have attended Mad Science camps during summer. The camps have been organized, safe, and my kids have enjoyed them. I saw one review mentions an issue with the adult:student ratio, but our experience has been that there are always 2 adults (teacher and assistant) with no more than 12 students K-5. They've attended more than 15 camps and all the teachers and assistants have been good. One time, summer camp was canceled due to low enrollment, but it was not a surprise. Bronwyn from sales reached out in advance to let me know it was possible, and when it was canceled I received a full refund. Obviously, it's not financially sustainable for them to host a camp with 2 adults and 3 kids, so I understood and appreciated their transparency. Right now, Colorado has a "stay at home" executive order, and all schools are closed so I'm working full-time from home with a 1st grader and a 2nd grader. Mad Science to the rescue! They are offering 2 virtual classes each day. The price is affordable, and since I registered in advance they delivered the materials to my doorstep. I also misunderstood and thought they'd provide all printouts, which I needed since our printer ink won't arrive until later this week. Samy (the owner) dropped those off, as well. The classes are really engaging, and it allows me 2+ hours each day to get focused work done. Bottom line is Mad Science Colorado has great teachers, great camps, great classes, and great customer service.

There were no reviews for kidztopros summer camps when I registered my son in their Minecraft camp,…read moreso I'll admit I wasn't sure if it was legit. Once I registered him, I got very little information other than a constant stream of spammy emails. I drove over to the middle school campus a few weeks before he was scheduled to attend and there didn't seem to be much going on. Finally some of the camp let out and an adult named Millie walked a few kids out. Not wanting to seem like a creep watching other peoples' kids come out of summer camp, I spoke to Millie briefly and was somewhat reassured that the Minecraft camp would be well attended and was what we were hoping for. Two weeks later, I dropped my son off at the camp with a couple of other younger counselors. As always, he said he didn't want to go. But when I picked him up seven hours later, he was beaming and excited to have spent the day playing Minecraft and making a few friends! It was definitely everything I was hoping for and I would send him back (and he would happily go!). Millie and the staff were also very communicative and helpful when I had to drop him off late after an unrelated issue. He had a great time, thanks so much guys!
