Located where the Oklahoma Turnpike crosses over into Missouri and that's conveniently next to Kansas as well. It's ten minutes to get off the highway, drive around the roundabout and then go about a half mile down a dirt road. Circle around at the end and park near the big stone tower. There were roaches, no hot water, and what appeared to be mystery stains throughout the room, including on the walls and ceilings. The overall condition was bad enough that we were not comfortable staying there. We didn't even spend the night--we left because the room was unacceptable. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, sanitary, and have basic necessities like hot water. I would strongly recommend inspecting your room before settling in or, better yet, considering another hotel.

We didn't have reservations, but the place looked OK and the rate for our two rooms were favorable. Both sets of sheets in one room were stained...hard to tell whether it was old blood stains, chocolate or whatever, but it was disgusting. It would have been impossible for the housekeeping person to not have noticed when changing the sheets, if indeed they were changed. In the other room, the smoke detector dangled from the ceiling, showing it to be without a battery. In the shower of one bathroom, it looked to be a line of mold straight across the bottom of the wall. We were told of the complimentary breakfast when we checked in. In the morning, we went to check it out. The outside cover to the juice machine was broke and so we had to manually keep it shut while dispensing juice. Cold cereal was available but no milk to go with it. There was a small cabinet that had two old biscuits and some bread - I guess for toast. Long story short, it was no breakfast at all and we needed to go out for breakfast. Any money that you may save by staying here, you will lose when you have to take yourself out for breakfast the next day. Add to that the lack of cleanliness and safety, I would never stay here again - even if it was for free. The lesson I learned...spend a little more, stay at a franchise hotel where you have some recourse if things are nasty, and having a real complimentary breakfast will save you money in the end.
