Excellent park!! We only stayed one night as we were just passing through but everything was perfect! Almost all sites are pull through with lots of lush green grass and SPACE between them. The WiFi was a $3 add on and worked extremely well! We checked in after hours and everything was very very simple and organized. Would definitely stay again! I would not recommend Camp Mi Casa based on my experience. When I originally chose this park, the website clearly advertised the monthly rate as $500 plus electric. After I arrived, however, I was told the price was $700 per month. There was no written lease or rental agreement explaining the difference. I paid the $700 for the first month. The following month I was charged another $700. Then I received a bill for $738 with no itemization explaining the additional $38. When I questioned the difference between the advertised $500 rate and the $700 I was being charged, management refused to correct the website price. I was also told that what I was paying was a "subscription" rather than rent, which I found very strange. For comparison, I eventually moved to another RV park. They charge $450 per month plus electric, exactly as advertised, and I received a clear receipt showing what I paid and what the deposit was for. My issue isn't simply that Camp Mi Casa charges $700. A business can charge whatever it wants. My problem is advertising one price and then charging a different price after the customer arrives, without a written agreement or clear itemized billing. I would strongly recommend getting the exact monthly price, all fees, and the terms in writing before committing to a stay at Camp Mi Casa. My experience was enough that I chose to take my business elsewhere. read more

Camp Mi Casa is our go-to place when we visit the Carthage, Webb City and Joplin area. We have stayed here 5-6 times and we have been thoroughly impressed every time. The owner's are absolutely dedicated to running the best RV Park in the area. Communication before and during each stay has been excellent, and Stephanie is very helpful and accommodating. You will NOT find a cleaner bathhouse, restroom or laundry facility anywhere. They are always clean, fresh and well-maintained. We changed our travel plans due to inclement weather and found ourselves at Camp Mi Casa for three nights--what a gem! The sites are long and level with excellent power, water, sewer and wi-fi but the best part of our stay was our check-in with Dale, the owner. He's friendly, hospitable and very proud of what he and his wife have done to create this RV park. I'm not sure if we'll ever find ourselves in Carthage again but if we do, we'll know where to stay. read more

I'm bicycling across the country and found this gem of an RV park. The owners went so far out of there way to make sure I was ok that I had to stay two nights. The cleanest showers and bathrooms I've ever seen in a camp ground! Better than a KOA anytime. Thanks folks for such a pleasant stay. Hope to see you again sometime. read more

Being full-time RVers and snowbirds we travel from South Dakota to the southern states every year. You're in our travels we like to find small quaint RV Parks and Camp Mi Casa is just That. It sits along the old Route 66 just down the road from the old-time drive-in theater. Pull through sites are exceptionally large, restroom and showers are very clean as is the laundry room. Stephanie one of the owners is very friendly and if it's not busy likes to chat about rving. This is our second time here and it's one of our favorite RV Parks. We definitely recommend this campground as a stopping point for anyone travels and it would also be a good weekender or a place to stay a week To explore local history. read more

This RV park is so cute. The owners definitely named the park well, as it feels as though they've opened their home to us. They have been so accommodating and friendly. The showers/bathroom feel spa like and the hot water is so nice. Everything has been clean. Theres a lot of places to gather and enjoy yourself. Swimming pool, fire pit, sitting areas, a living room with a tv, table, and piano. The washers and dryers are priced decently for the area. Pets are allowed. Rates are great too! read more

Great park! The owners, Dale and Stephanie, are friendly and laid back. Super clean! Amazing bathhouse/laundry room! Salt water pool with beach entry. If I ever have a pool it will be saltwater! We had never used one before staying here, so much better than chlorine! They even have a snow cone truck on site and an ice machine in the office where you can get free ice for your cooler! Very nice area! Love it here!! read more
