LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!

I did try the free class at this location... however, OTF recommends you sign up at a home location where you spend the most time.. whether it was close to work or home. I'm in this area quite often... This is a very busy location. Personally, I think you can call your home gym where you feel the most comfortable or welcomed. They did a great job! I definitely have it as one of my favorite spots to drop in!

I scheduled the class a week in advance and got a call the day of to remind me. Check in was 30 mins prior. Austin was great with checking me in and showing me around. Cara was my trainer and I have nothing but great things to say. The workout is HIIT style with a mix of cardio, rowing and treadmill and strength training. I was sweating like a maniac and had a great workout. The pricing is by membership level. You can choose once a week or twice a week (the best one). Also can choose packages but it's best to go more often if you are only doing this. They also have class passes but it seems more expensive to get a pack of 10 or 20 workouts. I plan on going twice a week and doing my other gym the rest of the week. The only thing I don't like is the cost of the heart/health monitor. I already use my Apple Watch and didn't want another gadget. I may get one if I continue the program after a couple of months. I love seeing the stats on the board so that's the only draw for me to buying the monitor. I recommend the facility and the workout. Everyone was nice and upbeat and the workout goes by fast because you are told what group to be in based on the exercise. The other members seem to enjoy it and everyone was super sweaty.

My family and I have been using this location primarily since getting our membership about 6 months ago. We visit the Y 4-7 days a week and our experiences have been overall very good! Facility: The overall facility is really impressive in my opinion. It is shockingly large (but it makes sense because of the population size it serves) the locker rooms are really pretty nice and all the restrooms on site are always spotless and well kept. Areas like the turf/lifting area, cardio area, lobbies, outdoor pool, indoor pool (basically everywhere) really surpassed my expectations as far as quality and upkeep. The facilities are always clean and just look good in general Equipment: The equipment is very diverse and there are PLENTY of machines and equipment. Multiple of everything or at least multiple versions of equipment that target the same muscles or do the same thing. I only occasionally notice a machine not working and it is always working again within a few days. Most people do wipe down the machines after use but I've also noticed staff with wipe down equipment here and there- makes me feel good that the machines are kept sanitized throughout the day :) Classes: There are ALOT of different classes to take at the Y that are included in your membership. Yoga, hot yoga, boot camp classes, Zumba, water exercise, etc., classes are easy to book through the app and are in individual studios in the Y Childcare: I'm a stay at home mom with a 1 (now almost 2) year old. This is the first daycare situation I've ever put my child in. The childcare director (I forget her name, but the older woman who has an office outside of the childcare center) has amazing experience and is so kind and understanding. It was really hard for me to leave my baby the first few times when she was screaming bloody murder at drop off but this woman was very kind and understanding of my feelings while encouraging me to keep at it and assuring me she would adjust within a week or two. I followed her advice and brought my baby every weekday no matter what and she stopped crying at drop off on day 6 :) she now happily runs all the way to childcare and typically walks in happily of her own free will ;) I feel very comfortable with the daycare staff caring for my child, in the evening they are mostly younger girls who are energetic and friendly with the kids. On warm days they typically play on the playground for awhile and my baby always comes out with a drawing to show me and it makes me so happy! Youth sports: While my child is not old enough to be in youth sports yet, the Y does have A LOT OF SPORTS for children; basketball, soccer, volleyball, ninja obstacle course, just to nap a few. I have volunteer coached for two of these sports and my experience with the youth sports director Jesse, has been great! Jesse is fantastic at coordinating these events (practices and games) and seems truly passionate about making the program the best it can be for the kids and the parents. I've had a lot of fun coaching and seeing kids build their confidence through team sports and make friends while playing their sport :) Staff: I haven't had any personal experiences with a personal trainer but I see them with people everyday, they seem very knowledgeable and supportive of their client. The staff at the front desk has been able to assist me with any thing I've needed so far. Childwatch staff is my fav because they make my kid happy :). The staff who monitor each workout area are like flies on the wall, they don't bother anyone but keep the area clean. Lifeguards are on the younger side (especially in the summer) and have all been pretty fun and always polite. Overall the staff at this location get the job done and are very nice. Overall we are in love with this location and while I'm interested in visiting other locations, D Bradley McWilliams is our home! I definitely recommend checking it out and doing a day pass (which includes 2 days) at the very least. The amount we pay for our membership is more than worth it for what we get out of this Y

I wasn't sure how I felt about it being 24 hours but it's always been clean, locked, and safe as there are cameras. I decided to sign up for personal training and haven't looked back. There aren't classes as Frank takes a personalized approach on Fitness. Coming from F45 where it was kinda rushed and I didn't get to lift heavy, I like that and have seen better results. He's credentialed in woman's fitness & corrective exercise which has been very helpful for me. His background in the military also helps as he's gonna ensure you're held accountable and will check in. There's definitely something about community that makes a gym successful and I think that's part of what will drive results. You're not going to find intimidating vibes here. Since joining his gym and having him as a trainer, I've increased my squat from 185lbs to 500lbs, my bench from 135lbs to 315lbs, and my deadlift from 225lbs to 500lbs. The progress took a lot of time, but time is all I have, so I decided to invest it in a great trainer! Thank you Frank!
