I finally had to fire him in 5/16/2016, with work not completed, lighting outside building no longer worked, nor did Alarm, both worked just fine, until he stated working on the building. He removed my rain gutters on my home, built the patio extension, installed my rain gutters, I got flooded, as the persons he hired to re-install the gutters, left gaping area between roof edge & rain gutter, so therefore the water ran in between, not into the rain gutter. He claimed he "Engineered" it & it would work! Wrong, he had the re-installed & I still get flooded on thar end of the patio. He purchased a toilet for my master bath which proved to be defective, he left a gaping hole under cement slab along side of toilet drain that allowed a mulberry tree root to grow, the tree root was about 3 feet X 3" round & looked like a big hairy snake blocking the toilet drain. I called the plumbing company he used, they provided repairs, replaced the toilet, charged me nothing. Then I find out this contractor did not pay this company for their work. Now after the rain in addition to the burglar alarm & outside lights on my building no longer working, I have large open trenches (sink holes) where he connected the water & sewer lines, septic tank installed by contractor is tilting in ground & water got inside that buiding, due the open trenches/sink holes. Overall the work he did for me, which I paid in $60k range is very poor crappy, half ass work. I have filed a claim with the California State Contractor's License Board, to get the repairs done & make him pay for same. I would not recomend this contractor Sonny Levya, DBA: SGE Construction to build a dog house! So beware!
