I came across camp bow wow before I even got my dog and knew if I ever did this is where they would go. Well I got a dog last year and here we are. I travel often so I knew I would need a place to board my dog whenever I went out of town, i reached out last October to set up a day so my dog can go and check them venue out the process is easy all online , I brought my pup in on October 30th, 2025 for Her intake day, i was nervous she wasn't too happy at first I went back home and waited the few hours and came back to get her and she passed. We booked her for her first stay for Thanksgiving and into the weekend, the boarding process is a simple process, you bring their food and toys and pet bed so they feel more at home give them feeding instructions and give your fur baby some Love before you go, we paid for cuddle time so she got some 1:1 attention, I was nervous leaving her there for so many days but they have cameras you can watch to see them and that makes me more comfortable being able to see my pet. I chose this establishment because of The great reviews and camera access the staff is amazing you can tell they truly love animals, Mine can be a little snappy with people but they are patient with her and I appreciate that, I want to take her to daycare more to be more socialized around people and pets so we are excited to be apart of the camp bow wow family, thank you PP and I are grateful for you! read more

I desperately needed to find this place and luckily drove past it after a Petsmart trip. We were going on a 7 day trip and needed dog boarding. I gave them a call and was told to create an account and fill out an application online. Once I filled out an application online for an interview, I would be called to schedule. When I brought Teddy in, they notified me that they were going to do a minimum 3 hour interview, but was also welcomed to keep him until just before they closed around 7pm. His appointment was at 2pm and just kept him until 5pm. They provided cameras for all of the play yards (2 views - entire play yard or snout view). While watching the cameras, I saw them taking Teddy around the empty play area to walk around, then slowly they introduced different dogs one at a time to see how he interacted. After a series of different dog interactions, he was introduced to the main play yard with all dogs in similar size. The way their dog camp works is all day play. They said Teddy did well and passed the interview. I received a cute coupon with his face that said "welcome to the pack", which included a discounted rate for 3 full days at camp, 1 bath, & 1 individual enrichment session. I scheduled an all day camp a couple of days later to make sure he was acquainted with the space prior to boarding him for a full 7 days. I asked about doggy boarding and wanted the full Lux room to be able to see the room as he sleeps. My anxiety was in full effect because I've never left Teddy alone before and he was already an abandoned dog, so I didn't want him to think we just left him. The day came when we had to bring him in (day before since we had an early flight next day). My husband took Teddy in and I checked the app. It said "cabin" and not the lux suite. I asked my husband if he made sure Teddy was in the upgraded suite and he didn't make sure to ask. I called and spoke with the owner, Paula. She notified me he was indeed booked for a regular cabin, which did not allow me to see him in his room throughout the night. I voiced my frustration that when I booked, I wanted to upgrade to the lux room. She told me all the lux rooms were booked but one would be opening up 3 nights later. I was about to call all the different Camp Bow Wows to ensure I would be able to see my dog. Paula found an alternative. There was an enrichment room for enrichment services that also had a 24/7 camera. She moved things around and allowed Teddy to sleep into the space and notified her team so there wouldn't be any schedule disturbances. My heart felt more at peace knowing I would be able to see how he was doing. Fast forward and I can tell that Teddy was sad from the cameras, which is understandable. We received a call to notify us that he has blood in his stool. He's not used to all day play and I'm sure he was stressed that we haven't come to pick him up. I ended up adding enrichment services everyday until we picked him up. They sent me pictures during snuggle sessions and it made me feel at ease knowing he was getting a little extra love and attention. Or flight was delayed and I kept in constant contact with the text number they provided for me. They notified me that Teddy was welcomed to stay as long as he needed. Service was honestly fantastic. I was so happy with the open communication and reassurance that Teddy was okay or doing better. I'm thankful for the team for loving doggos so much. I kept an eye on those cameras like a hawk. I am very hesitant to leave my grandpup with anyone let alone a place where there are packs of dogs since he can become reactive at any moment. We were leaving town and had to find a place that actually knows how to deal with him. My hubby took him to Camp Bow Wow and left him to be evaluated. My hubby was able to watch on the TV screen to see how he would do during their evaluation process. Amazingly, he did great! They gave him a certificate stating that he passed and is now a "Camper" and is welcome to camp there anytime. We left him for a week and even extended for 1 more day. They were very accommodating and communicated via text. We were also able to watch him on the webcam. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that we used a coupon for enrichment (story/cuddle time) and never heard about it or received a picture. He also never received a report card or anything commenting on how he did or interacted with other dogs or staff. Other than that, I was happy with the fact that they fed him well and kept him safe. They also gave him a bath before pick up, that was an extra cost however, I was able to use a coupon for a FREE bath. The prices are fair. I will be bringing him back for more socialization. I would recommend this place, they seem to know what they are doing to keep the dogs safe and taken care of. They also follow instructions really well. read more

This time I left Abby there for 12 days and when I picked her up she was bathed as I requested . She had EXCELLENT care as usual but I do have one suggestion. Tracie checked us out and I think she may need a little more training. I bring All Abby's things in a little suitcase and her pillow. This makes it easier for me to bring back and forth as I am disabled with a bad back. Well, Tracie made 3 trips to get all of Abby's things and didn't put them into the suitcase and I had to remind her 3 times what were Abby's things. This made it difficult when I got home for me as I had to schlep all this stuff into the house because if I walk more than 30 steps I am almost falling down and in great pain! Don't get me wrong Tracie is a very sweet girl and wants to help. I only mention this because this is the first time Abby's things were not already packed up and waiting which surprised me! I will always take Abby there because of the GOOD CARE she receives! I am not a person who habitually complains but I believe in bringing things that need be to someone's attention so they can be corrected! read more

10/10. My Murphy boy loooves this place. I was so worried about him not being able to conform well--we have two other dogs at home and sometimes he doesn't understand queues from other dogs to stop playing--but Camp Bow Wow swooped in with confidence and did so well with his intro day. I am so impressed by this facility. They are the only ones that I've seen that offer ALL DAY play and SUPERVISED 100% of the time. They will promptly correct the dogs if things ever escalate. My biggest fear at dog parks is that I don't trust other dog owners to do this and sometimes it's just too late. I have no worries when I drop him off and it's such a nice perk that I can peep the cameras for the play yard to check on him throughout the day.. and every time I tune in, he's getting or asking for pets! But the even better part? He's TIRED on a daycare hangover for the next day or so. So, mommy and daddy can get things done. Thank you CBW for offering such a great service to our community! The staff and owner are really amazing. They love and know my pup very well. She first came to CBW with extreme anxiety and stranger danger, and they worked with her in putting her with the smaller dogs first and eventually put her with the bigger dogs as her confidence rose. Because she's a bit in between the weight threshold between big and little, they always ask me when I drop her off if she'd like to be with the bigs dogs or little dogs. She is always super excited to play with any and all of the dogs but her favorite friends are another boxer and an Aussie. They have cameras in the yards that owners can view throughout their pup's stay during daycare and I always see staff cleaning up any messes pretty quickly after they happen. I have also boarded my pup for about a week over the holidays and it was a great experience as well. They ask for 50% deposit about 2-3 weeks before your boarding stay and then you pay the remaining 50% when you pickup your dog. They always have enrichment programs going on based on the holidays or seasons and the staff either send you a picture of your pup or whatever "craft" they did with them that day (these enrichments do cost extra). If there are any issues, like a sick dog , the staff will immediately call/text owners to let them know the situation and give them the option to pick up their dog. Camp Bow Wow is absolutely fantastic! I take my 10-month-old Australian Shepherd, Myla, here, and they treat her like family. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about her, and it's so clear they love what they do. They have live cameras so I can check in on Myla anytime and see her playing and having fun with her friends, which really puts my mind at ease. When Myla stayed for a few days while I was out of town and wasn't eating as well as usual, Julia went out of her way to ensure she did adding chicken broth and trying a few different things to help her eat, showing how attentive and compassionate they are. If i could give negative stars, i would. My daughter and I were taking our pups here. We took them a total of 3 times and we've never felt more guilty and terrible for putting our dogs through this. From the very first time they were there, they were not comfortable. Our dogs used to go to another daycare and would practically drag us through the parking lot to get inside. When I'd bring them here, they were hesitant, stressed and would even throw literal temper tantrums about going to the back. Our last and final visit was enough for me to literally leave my job and pick them up. They always take one dog back at a time and I've never liked that because our boy has separation anxiety from our girl. They took her back first and while I'm trying to keep him calm, I could hear yelling in the back. "HEY. STOP THAT! KNOCK IT OFF!" Around the same time I see a counselor chasing down a dog in the back room that im assuming escaped from the small area they stuff those dogs into (can't say i blame the dog). After about 5 minutes of our poor boy stressing in the lobby, a woman comes out, clearly stressed and practically snatches our boys leash out of my hands. I asked if everything was okay and that that sounded stressful. She rolled her eyes and huffed as if to agree. Another woman walks through the door with her dogs (I'm assuming she works there since she lead her dogs straight to the back). The woman who took our dogs back tells the other woman that she needed to put her dogs straight into a kennel and DRAGGED ours to the back. That left me feeling very uneasy. I watched the cameras while I was at work consistently as did my daughter. Our dogs were huddled tightly in a corner, by themselves the entirety of the time they were there. We watched a counselor walking around spraying the dogs with something in a bottle when they werent doing anything and even sprayed my dogs (in the corner). I also watched her scruff dogs for no reason and practically toss them out of her way, ours included and get frustrated when she went to scruff another dog and missed. This was enough for me and I left my work to come get them. This place is is severely understaffed and while there was one particular woman with glasses and worked at the front desk in the afternoons (I can't remember her name) who was so lovely, I wouldn't trust anyone else there. They don't know what they're doing, they take their frustrations out on the dogs and don't let them be dogs! read more

We went to camp bow wow on S valley view Blvd. This place was awesome! Staff were super sweet. I was in town for a few days and I was able to bring my doggie there. I'm honestly nervous having sitters for him. My mind was at ease having him stay for a few hours. They also have boarding. Only $32 all day doggie daycare. The staff are always friendly. The owners are really sweet and truly are dog lovers. They remember all of the dogs' name that are in their care. They were attentive to my dog's strict dietary needs and stuck to his diet. I was able to see my dog through their live cameras at anytime. I went last week and they gave me a tour of the facility. I was impressed. It was so clean and organized. They showed me where the dogs sleep and the doggy day care. All the dogs looked like they were having a great time. Before you can make a reservation they set up an interview which my dog had today. I was nervous because he has never gone a day care. He did great and they let him stay all day. Throughout the day I looked at the camera and my dogs tail was wagging the whole time. He came home and was exhausted. The staff and owners of this business are so friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. We were nervous at first bringing our puppy here and not knowing how well she'd do with other dogs, but it turned out great and we are so glad to call this our puppy's second home. The first time we visited, the owners were happily willing to show us around the facility which was so clean and you can tell a lot of effort goes into every aspect of their operation to make it as successful as it is. Honey loved the staff there and the fact that they provided a free day of daycare for their training day was awesome. It's great that we were able to test out the waters before fully committing ourselves to it since it was our first time using this kind of service. We were able to download their app and upload all the documentation they needed and we are also able to make reservations and watch our dog with their video cam all through the app which is fantastic.
