How does a clinic let this happen? I spoke with the "Office Manager" and realized I was not going to get anywhere with her when she commented "it's not like we tried to kill your dog." Seriously!! I was appalled and still am that they: 1) missed two crucial vaccinations 2) they comment about not killing our dog 3) no offer to reimbursee us for the money we had to spend on the vaccinations at anther vet that they shouldn't have missed in the first place.

I get there they repeat the same account I asked did they try a treat? how did she escape the play area? nope then they said she has done this in the past. What dog owner doesn't bring their dog's regular food for boarding? Anyway, my dog has stayed multiple times and for extended periods at Countryside and she seems to love it. The first time I went there I was given a complete tour and saw the optional places where dogs can stay. The place is immaculately clean, the staff warm, friendly, and accommodating. My female was not yet spayed and they even dealt with diapers and that whole thing for me when she was in heat, letting her play with their own personal dogs who are kept separate from the general population. Other kennels wouldn't even take her in heat because of the distraction. I go out of my way to board my dog at Countryside.
