The washers and dryers looked well worn As well.The people seem friendly but we were there only a few days. Some of the campsites were extremely small thankfully we were put in a big pull thru. Some of the campsites we came across leave a lot to be desired On being clean and junk piled up everywhere . 2 unsightly trailers right next to the road across from the office, they appear abandoned with trash around. The road noise was horrible and the fence they had put up was falling down and I'm not sure what the old building full of junk is used for but it could use a cleanup! From previous reviews I think they are trying to make it better, oh and the pool could use a good cleaning As well! Overall I give it 2 stars. maybe We will comeback at the end of our trip to see if they are trying a little harder.

The sites have a nice amount of trees in them and privacy between spots. We prefer the beach loop which is all tent camping. It usually is cold enough in the summer to need hoodies at night. There are a ton of chipmunks and squirrels. Make sure your food is secured well as they will find it and have chewed through our plastic totes to get to it. This morning we found that they got our chocolate bars, took them up into a tree and were dropping them half eaten onto the ground. Wildlife is nothing to mess with, they will cut you.

The arcade was a huge hit, especially when we wanted a break from the heat, and the snack shack was perfect for grabbing a quick bite without having to leave the campground. There was always something to do, but it never felt crowded or chaotic. What stood out most was how comfortable and enjoyable the entire experience was. It felt safe, family-friendly, and truly relaxing. We made some great memories here and were already talking about our next trip before we even packed up to leave. Highly recommended!
