Nathan Chandler and his business partner work tirelessly to fill their pastry case daily with imaginative delights. Nathan was recently the winner of a baking competition featured on Netflix. People have come from all across America to sample his creations. Brownies. Cookies. Croissants. Macrons and a host of tasty treats come through the shop every day. In addition, Nathan is a cake baking extraordinaire and supplies cakes and bulk pastries to patrons thought the valley. Called ahead to order in bulk. The pastry case often sells out before the day is over and what you see is what you get. Saturday morning has been known to see a line form before the doors even open. Be patient and generous.
