Except maybe Sophie. I've had three or four visits with a combination of different massage therapy techniques, I.E. deep tissue, swedish and soon Thai. We had an initial consultation going over my concerns and the techniques she is licensed to practice which can help with my joints and muscles that are my biggest trouble spots and need the most attention Now when I arrive for an appointment, she asks if there are any particular areas that need to be addressed first and then continues on to working the areas she recalls needing further treatment from the last session.

Laura's techniques for massage, stretching and cupping make me feel so refreshed and loose every time I see her! My partner and I are both gym rats so we get pretty tense and locked up, but Laura is able to get deep into knots and use cupping to really break everything up. I'm currently seeing her every few weeks and have never felt so loose during gym sessions later in the week (one even the day of!). If you're looking for a massage therapist, use Laura! I went to Noi massage because they are an in-network provider for my insurance. I was having back and neck issues and received 3 massages in an 8 day period at a cost of over $500. When paying for my last visit, I asked the receptionist if she could email a receipt in case I need it for insurance claim. She said she would. Two days later, I receive an email with the receipt from the CEO of the massage clinic. He let me know that he was doing me a favor and waiving the $10 fee to receive a receipt via email and the next time I would be charged. No charge for a printed receipt at time of payment but if you want an emailed receipt, it's $10. I let him know how ridiculous that is in our digital economy. I've never been charged for a receipt. He dug in over the $10 policy and he lost a new customer that was good for many more massages. Keep up the good work, Dave.
