Customer service like that is old-school, and we definitely appreciate it. Their work is high-quality--the color of our dark green roof is still the same shade it was 13 years ago, and the crew doing the work was respectful of us, our yard, and understood about needing to let our dogs out to do their business. We're having Mitchell Roofing do our business's roof this year. Kelly's always responded to our text messages within hours, and definitely goes out of the way to make us feel like valued customers, not just another job to accomplish. We would never go to any other roofing company.

Randy knows locks and will be our first call when we need lock service again. Thank you!!
