He and his team were easy to work with...good communication, responsive, on time, and the work was done well. He was proactive in reaching out this spring to de-winterize and they spent the time ensuring coverage was still good and adjusting a few heads to ensure I was happy with the results. I especially appreciate his willingness to incorporate a few planter soaker add-ons on my back patio, and his offer to come back mid-summer for a checkup to make sure the lawn is getting the water it needs when the temperature is highest. 5-stars for Sean and the Acre Plus team! I highly recommend.

They were clean, efficient, and made the drip lines aesthetically pleasing (as much as you could do so). AND they were significantly less cost than our other bid. They also do yearly maintenance. Of course we signed up!

I hired Rain Pros because I had a downspout that was clogged where it went underground. They were…read moreable to clean out a lot of mud/roots, etc. but were not able to get their snake more that 4 feet into the underground pipe, possibly because of some sort of T junction. We then went to plan B, which was to install a new underground pipe with a "popup" to disperse the water onto the driveway. The installation looks very good, but the true test will come when we have a heavy rainstorm. The reason why I gave only 4 stars was because of their arrival time. They had an arrival window of 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm but they showed up just after 10:00 am! Fortunately, we were available at that time (and not out walking the dog). My experience with most contractors is that they will call or text to let you know when they're on the way and give you an ETA - I received neither. Again, the quality of their work appears top-notch, but the lack of timely communication should be addressed.

We wanted a backyard landscape overhaul and needed help with design concept and getting it done. After a consultation, Bryce was good about understanding what we wanted and got to work and created something better than what we had in mind. I also appreciated Bryce's great communication on scheduling throughout, as well as, his crew's friendly nature and diligence.

I love the rebuilt retention wall - it looks awesome! And they placed the lights back in perfectly. I love working the yard in that area again. We had mole for the last 2 years and I am not a person that can poison them because I worry about another animal eating the poisoned mole. Anyway, they were patient with me in my emails to them stressing this over and over again. After 2 years of moles being in our yard, there were a lot of unevenness in the lawn and we did not feel comfortable with the grand kids playing out there. They came out and helped with the moles, compressed the yard and put a layer of top soil then reseeded where needed. Overall - they were awesome.

My wife found Eco landscaping online so we contacted Augustine to request some quotes to fix some of the shoddy work done by previous companies. Augustine blew me away with his genuine concern about doing things the right way (it felt like he cared about our problems like it was his own house) and the quotes he gave us were very reasonable so we decided to have him take on the jobs. That decision was best one we have made so far since buying our new house 4 years ago! We have hired him for several projects since that first time and will continue to use him exclusively for all of our landscape maintenance needs moving forward! I had started to loathe landscape companies for price gouging, doing crappy work, and then "ghosting" you when you ask that they fix THEIR mistakes! Eco Landscape has redeemed the profession in my mind, and I can't thank him enough for turning our nightmare into a story with a happy ending!
