The service was done and the technician made several suggestions about needed repairs that were flat out false. When I went to pay him the I was charged 449.00 for the service 60.00 for a collar he said I needed, plus tax for a total of 513.35. I was told the chimney cap needed to be replaced and would cost 1500.00 dollars and recieved an estimate for replacing the bricks in the fireplace of 901.19. I only needed two bricks replaced but he recommended I replace them all. Additionally the cleaning of the stove was sloppy and the grates on the exterior were covered in ash. I believe this is a case of someone trying to take advantage of a senior. Im sure he thought I would never get on the roof to check out his recommendations. I would never hire this company or recommend them to anyone!
