They are pleasant enough although the guy I dealt with for my photos got the size wrong, actually he got it wrong for a lot of people and he never apologised, he just acted like we were bothering him. I asked for appointment late Friday afternoon and I was bit late and the Photographer waited patiently and he took many shots and took his time to upload the pictures via DFA and gave me so many advices how to get accurate passport photos as DFA online upload photo is fussy. After days parading studio and photo booth, he managed to sort it and the photo was uploaded. So happy and grateful for him. Fantastic and Professional.
