Providing us with information, strategies and just comfort. They always check on our son and he is filled with joy when he comes here. Truly the amount of time they put into him shows with his want to come to therapy. They facility is spotless and well organized. They also continue to put the kiddos first but enforcing safe health practices. They continue to provide services that meet the needs of concerned parents and will go the extra step to make sure the kiddos are progressing. We have nothing bad or even a complaint about this place. We recommend this to friends or just other families in need of services and are overwhelmed. The staff is passive aggressive and the results show for themselves (not in a good way). Within 10 months, there wasn't progress especially on things that were pointed out to be important goals. The owners actively dismiss concerns that are brought to their attention (repeatedly). The care at this clinic is not caring and not a place that I would recommend. Paperwork also consistently had errors that I had to keep asking to be fixed.

She helped me so much with the removal of my fibrosis and made the healing process so much better. I am definitely grateful and appreciate to her. It's hard to find lymphatic massagers in Jackson Tn. The front desk receptionists are so nice as well. Check them out. It's such a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
