I just finished my Invisalign treatment at Dr Perle's clinic and must say I have been very happy with the results. Mine was a seemingly complicated case and I visited 2 dentists before starting with Dr Perle and both of them said that there was no way of fixing the teeth until two teeth one on the upper and one on the lower were knocked out to make space. I was petrified at that advice and did not want to mess with my teeth. I researched quite a lot and read great reviews about Cambridge dental and found that their offer was the lowest in the area. I made an appointment and Dr Perle explained how he planned to go about the treatment without knocking any teeth off. It involved movement and also rotation of the teeth and he very convincingly explained how it would be done. I started the treatment in June 2017 and it came to a reasonable shape by June 2018. When I told them that I would like it aligned better, they scheduled another set of trays which took another 8 months to finish. After 8 months, I still felt that I needed correction. No questions asked, they scanned my teeth and scheduled a third set of trays and the treatment finished in August 2019. Though every time they had to put buttons on the teeth, make space by filing some of the teeth, never once did I get a feeling that they were losing patience. Dr Perle's assistant Celia was such a wonderful person, very meticulous and nice. They don't hand out all the trays at once. The treatment is monitored and adjustments to the bite etc. are done once every 4-6 trays. Of course the ladies at the front desk Kelly, Sephora were super courteous. If you want a no nonsense place with no un-necessary frills ( remember there is no free lunch and the costs do get loaded on to the patient) with a super confident doctor and super nice staff go here. When I compare it with what it cost my wife who got the same invisalign done at a NY state dentist (who had a more flashy clinic), I got a great deal. My whole life I was self conscious about my teeth and how they weren't perfectly straight. I wanted Invislign since I was in high school but I always put it off. Now, many years later in my mid twenties I finally have perfect straight teeth! It all started when I woke up one day and said to myself I need to stop putting this off and find a good orthodontist. I did did some research of Drs in the area and came across Dr Perle and all of his great reviews, and I am so glad I did! I recommend Dr Perle to anyone in need of Invisalign, or any other dental work in general! He and his staff are very accommodating and friendly. Everything was always explained thoroughly . You are not just another patient in Dr Perle's office. The Dr and staff puts effort into getting to know you and your name. I had no problem with Invisalign, as long as you change your trays and wear them as directed than you should not have a problem. I had the trays for a little over a year, and now I am all finished and in the process of getting the retainer. Dr Perle and his staff will always make sure your teeth are moving as they should be before letting you put your next tray in. Another plus is that his office is very clean and sanitary. I do not like leaving bad reviews but my experience with this dentist has been warranted. Services were so painful and unprofessional to the point where I dreaded coming here for my monthly appointments. The staff is disorganized and forgetful, not treating everyone fairly. At times, I came in for an appointment, and multiple people would have to ask around what I would be getting done that day. Other times, they barely spent 10 seconds in my room before dismissing me. When asking the assistants and staff questions, I received long sighs and eye rolls. It's as if they didn't want to be bothered giving you the care you needed. Not a professional manner to keep when your patient's are paying big money and receiving serious medical work. Calling the front desk was always a hassle and scheduling future appointments was chaotic because, like I said earlier, no one communicated to the front desk what work would be getting done. When I finally decided to switch my dentist, the communication was once again so poor that trying to get any x-rays and medical documentation transferred was nearly impossible and did not come without complaints. You are an after thought here, and the only thing that they want is your money. Overall, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and skipping these guys. read more

Emergency!!! I want to start off by saying how quickly and promptly Dr. Perle responded while it was late one Sunday night. Wow! Within a few minutes he returned my call and he quickly understood the pain I was in and in a very sincere and professional manner he explained that his passion is to get me out of the severe pain that I was in and to get me on an antibiotic to stop the infection immediately. He goes above and beyond to say, "I will meet you at my office in 20 minutes. Mind you, it's Sunday around 6:45pm and he doesn't hesitate. Right there, that really showed me this man is so Dedicated to helping others... whenever. He was so comfortingly and friendly oh and gentle too. He took care of me like an angel. By far, Dr. Perle and his competent staff offer patients the most skilled, professional and pleasant experience one could ask for from a dentist. From the moment I walked into the office for the first time, I was impressed with the courteous young women at the front desk, who greeted me and made sure my appointment occurred exactly as scheduled. Now, after just four months wearing Invisalign, I have perfectly straight teeth, thanks to the state of the art equipment most ably handled by Celia, Dr. Perle's outstanding assistant, and of course, by the true artist, Dr. Perle and his magic hands. I initially visited Dr. Perle for Invisalign. My treatment was a total of 13 weeks with the accelerated propel treatment and my teeth look amazing. Dr. Perle is the absolute nicest man with an amazing staff who are are all so friendly and helpful. Given how happy I was with my Invisalign treatment, Dr. Perle is now my dentist, as well. He makes sure his patients are comfortable and actually gets to know who they are. I couldn't be happier, and this is coming from someone who had an extremely horrid experience with a dentist several years ago. I was a client of Dr. Perle's, and I started with a terrible smile. I am so happy with the way they came out. It was about a year, and some of the trays were uncomfortable (as expected) but nothing that you couldn't manage. The trays are changed every 2 weeks. Just know the retainer is not inclusive in the rate for invisalign, so be sure to ask ahead of time. I don't regret getting them over braces though, I have a wonderful smile now. BEWARE!!! Not worth the time, money, or experience. The results from this office were sub-par and lousy. The bedside manner of the staff was poor. I had my work checked by another dentist and there are still pieces of glue from the Invisalign stuck on my teeth that Cambridge Dental never removed. Disgusting and unprofessional.
