It has a cinema which always comes in handy when you have nothing to do. One of my favourite things about Victoria gardens is of course ikea, what would you do with out ikea oh yeah NOTHING!! The ikea in vic gardens is very big and it has a childcare program where you just say "take my kids while I shop at ikea" and then POOF kid free. Vic Gardens includes boost, pet shop, various 2 dollar shops, sushi, Coles, dimmocks, dick smith, bakers delight etc I believe that this shopping centre couldn't get any better

Authentic Factory Outlets is located furthest from the city end of Smith Street amongst all the factory outlets offering products with labels at cheaper prices than you find in regular stores. I managed to get a pair of Converse One Stars and even got some free Converse socks to sweeten the deal. It's not only Converse in this Authentic Factory Outlet, you can also get a number of other cheap shoes and other street wear at discounted products such as Tommy Hilfiger. This part of Smith Street is great for the bargain hunter and this Authentic Factory Outlets is a must.

But out of all the iconic busy streets that Melbourne has to offer, I do have to say that Chapel Street is high up the list for me. No matter what time of day or night it is, there will always be somewhere to eat, somewhere to party, and something to do. There's nothing better than a walk along Chapel Street with no real idea of where you're going but a faith that you'll stumble upon a place you end up really enjoying. Visiting Melbourne? Put this spot on your list for sure. Seriously - check out Chapel Street's very own website to see upcoming events as well as nightlife favourites. A must-go.

Lots of wide aisles and escalators make this a favorite for parents with pushers. There is free WiFi in the food court on the top level so you can add your Yelp reviews while having a coffee. And if the centre does not have what you want, the Glenferrie Road shopping strip is right outside.

There is public seating in the middle of the centre so you can sit down, relax and enjoy a bite to eat mid shop. Upstairs there is a Medicare clinic, Vodaphone outlet and a few other local services. Pran Central is convenient for a variety of services weather it be lunch, coffee or a window shop.

I would say the only reasons the place garners any "buzz" at all would have to be Woolworth's and Aldi. As a shopping centre, this place is relatively small - with a very tiny range of shops. Like I said - you get your grocery stores, and then... key cutters, like a handful mediocre eateries, a tobacconist, a hairdresser, and Chickenfeed? I have yet to figure out what Chickenfeed is for to be honest. The main reason why this place isn't 1 star is because they've done well to secure Woolworth's - which is virtually the only place I go. TIPS: ~ Watch out for the druggies along Victoria Street, they usually congregate here because there's a lot of people coming in and out they can beg for money. Just yesterday, I had this guy who was overly drunk ask for 2 dollars. He was swaying back and forth and ended up uncomfortably close to me and my partner had to ready up to "smack heads" (as he put it).
