I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to write this review!!!…read more After my husband and I got married, I began searching for an attorney to guide us through my Adjustment of Status process. I already had a legal entry and was a DACA recipient, so finding the right attorney was very important to me. One of the first things that stood out about Attorney Javier Pineda's law firm was the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. They were punctual and respectful of our time - which immediately set them apart from other offices. I had two consultations with other attorneys before finding Attorney Pineda, and both were extremely late to our scheduled meetings. The difference in PROFESSIONLISM was clear from the start. During our consultation, Attorney Pineda took the time to walk me through what my case would look like and answered all of our questions which is why my husband and I decided we wanted him to handle my Adjustment of Status process. The legal assistant assigned to our case was OUTSTANDING. She consistently provided timely updates, guided us through each step, and patiently answered every question I had. After we received the date for our interview the legal assistant reached out to schedule a prep meeting. Attorney Pineda personally went over how the interview process typically works, provided helpful handouts, and reassured my husband and me that he would be present at the interview. That assurance alone gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our interview was held on 9/16/2025, and we were thrilled when the officer informed us that we were approved on the spot. I wholeheartedly RECOMMEND working with Attorney Pineda and his team. Before hiring him, I considered handling the paperwork myself in order to save some money, but I am so grateful I didn't. Hiring this firm was one of the BEST INVESTMENTS I could have made. Not only did they manage the complex paperwork, but they also eased the emotional stress that comes with the process. I encourage anyone considering this firm to view it as an INVESTMENT in your FUTURE.

Wish I read the poor reviews before trying this firm. I wouldn't have bothered with a…read more"consultation." I spoke with someone who scheduled a consultation at a specific date and time. Five minutes into that scheduled appointment, no one called me. I called the law office and said I was supposed to have a consultation and then they transferred me to someone. Did they forget? Not care? What's up with that? The person I spoke with was very cold. He answered the phone as if he didn't know why I was on the other line. He asked how he can help and that was odd because I had already told the person who scheduled this consult what I needed. The person with whom I consulted was named Victor Franco. Anyway, we went over my case and I had several questions. Victor was cold and detached. He repeated himself multiple times. Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service. But it is professional courtesy to avoid sounding cold and condescending to your prospective clients. Victor hung up the phone before I could say good bye. He didn't even have the decency to say "good bye." Awful.

My call was never returned after they stated in their voicemail message that they would contact me. I believe it took 48 hours or three days to call us back. My husband and I tried multiple times afterward and finally got through to set up an appointment. The firm sent a questionnaire about the general history of our potential case. Please ensure the firm gets your information right, as one of my husband's last names was misspelled. After that, Flor Rosales contacted us to set up an appointment. We set up the appointment, and when we were to confirm, we got multiple calls from different associates from the firm, I am not sure if they were all on the same page. When we got to the firm, we checked in, waited for a short time, and sat with Silvia Aguirre. Silvia was very kind and comprehensive. She was also very informative about our case and upfront about the worst-case scenario. I was delighted with her first-time service and content with the outline she gave us if we were to start the process. The payment process is very detailed as well. Once we decided to continue with the process, we sat down with Juliana Rodriguez to inform us further about our next step and where to go to complete it. Juliana also brought us our contract for the first step and took our payment. She was very helpful in answering our last questions and clearing some doubts on how to complete our payment. Overall, it was an excellent first-time visit. While, the firm maybe busy, they should have more associates available to answer calls. That would be my only suggestion.
