My husband and I have been in the U.S. for over 26 years after entering legally during the 30-year civil war in our country. Our asylum case from 1991 was denied due to ineffective representation, and over the years, we worked with multiple immigration attorneys without any success. Our case went through Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and even the 9th and 11th Circuit Courts, with all appeals denied. In 2024, we were referred to Attorney Reyna Tanner at Manulkin, Tanner & Associates. She carefully reviewed our long and complex case, gave us hope, and successfully helped clear the path for us to move forward with an I-485 application to adjust our status. Although our case is still pending for status adjustment, we feel confident and grateful for her expertise, dedication, and support. Even last week, when I needed a letter to renew my passport, they were not hesitant to help me at all. We also appreciate the entire office team, especially the office manager, Lorann H., for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend! read more

Use the self help services offer by the immigration and naturalization services. Dont get ripped off by documentation preparation fee. Besides the Paralegals there are not so helpful at all. Services there are not like they used to be. read more

Best experience ever! My case had been denied and my previous attorney considered that appealing it was useless. I went to Attorney Reyna Tanner for a 2nd opinion and with a tight deadline to respond. She had helped a friend with a very difficult case who had a positive outcome. Attorney Tanner listened to my story and gave me the confidence to give the appeal a shot. She filed an appeal to re-open my case and revert the decision and, within 2 months of filing, I got my case re-opened and approved. After approval, I went back to them to apply for citizenship and, same thing, I got scheduled for a citizenship interview within 2 months after filing. In short: Denial - Appeal - Approval - Citizenship, all happened in less than 1 year. I'm certain these attorneys have the knowledge and experience. They don't sell false promises, they say the truth straight and will do their best to get the best results for their clients. Thank you so much Attorney Tanner. read more

This law firm helped me obtain my green card. Lorann was always answering my emails and would always be very caring and professional. I got referred by a family member and I'm glad I did. Definitely would recommend! read more

I am called to share this review so that my people will be blessed with a smooth process with a caring lawyer at their side. I've been "working " with this firm since before 2020. yet with little to show for it. I'm embarrassed to say I have receiver better care and general customer care at any MacDonalds I've ever stepped into. off the bat communication was flawed to a degree I never thought a firm possible. paralegal maria would somehow "miss" my email over the span of literally weeks. it got to a point I had to send in almost 50 repetitive emails narrowed down to. Hello? getting my emails? what's going on? the no response continued, i call her and the audacity and disrespect to tell me, "My husband told her not to speak to me" the applicant. the boundaries crossed within those two minutes of having her on the phone was absolutely embarrassing. Lorann, the manager had to then take over my case, only to receive zero recognition or apology or anything warm and professional regarding maria. as time goes i schedule a call with Gary, after they had advised me that renewing my daca was unnecessary. Gary continues to tell me on the phone that i hope not to get killed or raped while out in Mexico. Lorann the manager never showed not a small ounce of care towards my case. the process was not completed to this day. i am baffled, embarrassed, and whish i could say i had a five review as those below. I'd advise to use a lawyer whose warmth and sincerity is felt on the initial consultation, this money hungry, cold, and degrading firm has been wasteful to both my time, money, and a hit to my emotional life and well-being for me and my family. read more

I can't say enough good things about this firm. They handled my case with the outmost professinalism and gave me results not promises. A very big thanks to Lorann who managed my case and was always on top of everything. I definately recommed this firm. read more

I went in for my consultation and immediately I knew this place was for me. It's very hard to find someone genuine that cares about their clients. I'm so thankful that I found this place. We all have different stories, I'm truly happy that mine has a happy ending. Both of my parent weren't able to travel. My mom went 22 years without seeing her mother. Thanks to Manulkin, she was able to get her green card! December 24 of 2022, my mother was reunited with her mother after so long. It was a true blessing. I truly recommend this firm. read more

Wooooooo absolutely the best immigration office in the whole wide world. I had 5 removable offenses and I was scared of being removed. He made me feel comfortable from the 1st interview and developed a plan to keep me here. My 1st court appearance I got a Lujan, Nunez Reyes and bamm one out. Rather than to represent me in criminal court like most attorneys do he referred me to an Attorney that would handle my convictions removal. Miss Emily Neubert represented me in every court appearance. I am very grateful for that. She advised me on what convictions to vacate and the government terminated my proceedings. I applied for US Citizenship a year ago and today 01-23-2020 I am a United States Citizen of good moral standings. I reccomend and endorse the Manulkin law firm. Great Job. I am filled with gratitude. Thank you read more

There are very few accessible attorneys who are as knowledgeable, experienced, and honest as Mr. Manulkin. He worked on not one, but two cases we brought to his attention. The first one took place over twenty years ago when I applied for my permanent residency. The second took place recently as I needed to update my U.S. Naturalization certificate. If you have gone through any process through INS, you're aware of how difficult, frustrating & time-consuming it can be. However, knowing my case was in Mr. Manulkin's hands made me rest-assured I would be taken care of in the best, and most efficient way possible. I am grateful to have found an attorney who not only has the best credentials, but works to ensure the success of all his clients' cases. read more

I don't know who needs to hear this, who may be finding themselves lost, like there's no hope. That was our case prior to coming in contact with this firm. We have been trying to adjust my wife's status for over 8 years, she had been trying for longer than that we approximated that overall she tried for 20+ years. We had many consultations with no positive recommendations, many firms wouldn't take on her case & everyone wanted a significant amount of money even to consider taking it on, some wanted money just to view her file. Our case was very complicated to say the least, my wife had previous deportation orders 5+ to be exact. It wasn't until another lawyer who too was honest recommended Mr.Manulkin I remember he told us our case was too complex but that if there was any chance Mr.Manulkin would be the only one suitable to help. I thank God for that lawyers honesty & recommendation. We spoke to Mr.Manulkin to whom we dropped off our extensive file, he reviewed it & said this is what we're going to do and he placed us in the care of Reyna Tanner, they took us one step at a time. We believed God and had peace about working with them. My wife just received her permanent resident card! Thank God & thank you to this amazing team who genuinely care & are passionate about the lives their helping. Gary, Reyna, Lorann you are truly God sent we will forever be grateful! Trust this firm, be honest, be patient, be transparent & have faith! read more

I'm very surprised this law firm doesn't have any reviews. So I found out about these guys through my local church "Catholic Charities". Since day one they gave me advice and they were able to take on my case. My case was very unique because when I was born, (in Mexico). I didn't have my birth certificate and since I was never registered it made it impossible for me to acquire one. In as little as 2 - 4 months that I got them the paperwork they needed they were able to provide me with a Work permit and a Social Security number right away. These guys have power and they mean business. Angelica Montes worked hand in hand with the lawyer Mrs. Galindo, as an assistant. She was amazing honestly, she was always following up on me and advising me on what to expect next. I must admit, I am a procrastinator but her persistence really help me get things done. She was also very helpful because she translated my spanish documents to English on a reasonably small fee, for that I thank you very much. Lastly, Thank You very much Mrs. Gallindo. She prepared me for my interview and reviewed several of potential questions that ICE might've asked making me feel more comfortable and ready to answer any question immigration had for me. Can't wait to pass my interview with ICE so I can so become a resident of this great Nation of opportunity. God Bless America!!! If you guys are looking for a great Immigration Lawyer, look no further these guys are honestly TOP NOTCH LAWYERS and their prices are in comparison very reasonable. read more

This law firm is absolutely amazing. All the people here are very kind and very helpful. Everyone here were so patient and kind and willing to help my parents throughout the whole process of getting their green card. Obviously there was a lot of wait (to be expected) but they kept my parents and I up to date with everything, explain with care and patience, recommending an interpreter and helping until the very end. My parents, Yolanda and Jose, would like thank everyone there for being so nice, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They'd especially like to thank Mr. Manulkin and Miss Angel for everything and they have done for my parents. Absolutely amazing staff. Highly recommend and will always be grateful. read more

This firm was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say in the 6 month journey of my case it was great to work with them! I went for a consultation with Reyna Tanner and I was convinced that I should hire them. I didn't want to take the chance of trying to go through the immigration process alone and It is worth every penny to have professionals knowledgeable in the field by your side. Reyna's legal assistant, Angelica Montes de Oca, helped me so much throughout the process. I communicated with her through emails and she always responded very quickly and answered any concerns I had. She also explained to me each step of the process, so I was always informed. I was able to send her most of the paperwork through email and that was extremely convenient. The faster you send them what they request, the faster your case will move along. When it came time for the immigration interview, the firm assigns an attorney to go with you. We were assigned Emily T. Neubert and she was excellent. You have to set up a meeting with the attorney before you go and she explained to us what to expect and she was very familiar with the interview process. I was really nervous that day but she answered some last minute questions and settled some concerns I had. She was very confident the day of the interview so it helped me feel better. I couldn't imagine that part of the process without an attorney present. Interview went smoothly and I received my green card 2 weeks later. Highly recommended and their fees are very reasonable . read more

I have never paid for anyone to disrespect me, in my life! I most definitely do not recommend this law firm to anybody. I paid $100 for a 10 minute consultation with attorney Gary Manulkin, to yell/ raise his voice at me for what he thought my case could possible be? Not only did he not once listen to a complete sentence come out of my mouth. But he consistently interrupted with his "legal " opinion throwing legal codes that I know nothing of, raised his voice and continuous slamming his hand on his desk ? For what reason? I do not know? He kept speaking to me like I was stupid, or as if I did not understand the language or as if I was a child? I asked politely for him to stop screaming and yelling that I was not hard of hearing that it was unnecessary and uncalled for. I said I was there to get my question answered and not yelled at. Which he did not apologize nor listened to. He continued to yell and answer questions that were not asked or did not pertain to me. He continued to show me immigration laws for drug traffickers and give me penal codes? I was there to ask for assistance on how to file and/or ask what is a DS-5535 form that I need to send on behalf of my husband. In the short 10-15 minute span that I was there with him I repeatedly tried to explain this is all I needed! He continued to raise his voice and tell me I was in the wrong office that I should probably look for an attorney in Mexico? May I add, in the middle of this so-called consultation, one of his secretaries or paralegals walks in ((without knocking I believe I don't know he was speaking so loud I did not hear a knock)) as I'm trying to speak she asks him a question as she gives him a form for him to sign as he gives her his undivided attention. He answered her question and reminded her of something completely polite to her with a smile even. As shes walking out she's speaking over me again without apologizing for the interruption! Not one nor thee other had the common courtesy to apologize for interrupting my paid for consultation! So very unprofessional on this entire firm! I got up thanked him for a waste of time. Im out $100 and livid! Never have I felt more disrespected like I did in that short span of time! The one star review for those yelp users that know that you have to select at least one star. This law firm is not worthy of even a half a star. They are far from professional and have the audacity to charge for a consultation! This is robbery! Stay clear and away from this place. Keep your money or spend it elsewhere. There are tons of law firms that do not charge for consultations. I know that in the mear of desperation to get our questions answered one will pay whatever is charged. Like I did today. What a shame you are Gary Manulkin you could use a hearing aide to keep voice at a profesional level and manners! And for your information Gary I don't care how many people you represent, you most definitely will not have my business that's for sure! read more

I just got back from my visa interview in Mexico and thank God my visa got approved. I am very satisfied with the law firm. I first met Gary Manulkin in 2017 and I was very happy on how direct he was. He let me know right away if he would be able to help my case or not. Also, Estela was amazing on explaining to me what i needed to do and she always answered all my questions. Thank you so much and I completely recommend this immigration law firm. read more

worst lawyer ever, I have called so many times trying to contact them, I left messages, and they never response back, I have my case with them, I'm her customer and I guess after they charged me $5000 thousand dollars to start my case, they don't follow up with you, so do not pay them in advance, they will rip you off. I don't know why my church recommended them. read more

Servicio excelente, muy amables y profesionales , muchas gracias por su ayuda buen abogado

I highly recommend this firm. I met with Atty Manulkin for consultation first. After he explained in details what he will do to help me accomplish my goal of becoming an immigrant I decided to hire his firm. Then comes the very helpful and patient Angelica Montes De Oca to help me prepare and complete any forms, paperwork needed for submission . Always keeping me informed on what's going on or what's going to happen. After submission of all forms I did not have to wait long for ICE to send me to do biometrics then next a letter for interview date. This is where the kindest, very helpful and very reassuring Atty Galindo comes into the picture. Before going to the interview Atty Galindo helped me with everything else what ICE might ask, copies of some documents that they might ask or need, how to conduct myself in front of the ICE Agent when interview begins. Interview day Atty Galindo accompanies me and continously assuring me that I was doing great. I got interviewed beginning of March and end of March I got my Greencard. Thank you Atty Manulkin, Tanner and Associates read more

Amazing job! They were a great help getting my residency. Very professional and I highly recommend their team.

I highly recommend this firm. I am actually from the valley and traveled all the way to Santa Ana to get the help from Manulkin, Tanner & Associates. When my husband was in the process to get his permanent residency we had tons of road blocks. He got stuck in Mexico and with the help of Gary Manulkin we were able to get my husband home. He crossed over June 30, 2017. They went out of their way to get everything done for us and have such wonderful legal assistants. We worked with both Angelica Montes De Oca and Lorann Hodge. They were both very considerate people and patient, especially with all the questions I had for them. They know what they are doing and will do whatever it takes to get your paperwork completed. read more

This law firm is so good at what they do. All around they are helpful and show that they care for you as an individual. To them your not just another paycheck or a number. I had other attorneys before I came to this law firm and my old ones were good but not as great as Gerry Manulkin and his team. Not only did they help me, they did it so fast ( ofcourse every case will take its own time, so this is just referring to my case). I wish I would off gone with this firm from the beginning. I met with Gerry who explained everything in detail, and the best part was that everything happened just as he explained. No tricks or the "we have to do this now" etc. I then meet with Emily who was with me the entire way. Their entire staff was so good in checking up with me, making sure I didn't worry anymore then I had to and answering ALL of my question. Great office read more
