Once the facial started it was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. I am pretty sure I fell asleep in the middle of it because of how relaxed I was! The essential oil steam was my favorite part because it smelled amazing and the steam felt so good on my face. She has the most gentle touch and included a face and neck massage into my facial! I left looking and feeling like a new woman. I also loved how I was getting one on one time with my esthetician. She showed that she really cared about me and my skin- she even gave me her phone number to contact her anytime I have trouble with new products or to get her opinion on anything. Dr. Emmer ran the typical tests that one would for a new patient and then took the time to sit down with me and go over each and everyone with me personally. His nurse is also very thorough and gathers a lot of information regarding how your feeling, your weight, blood pressure, etc. I have been back for a couple of follow up visits and was treated the same way. Dr. Emmer and his nurse even took the time to talk to me about the current Virus pandemic and how to deal with it now, and in the future. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. I was going to reschedule, but I decided that I'm done here. Will search for a more reliable, patient-friendly place.
