Ms. Niqua is the sweetest woman on the planet, and she is so knowledgeable on everything that has to do with your skin. The whole setup was so professional and also so cute with all of the decorations! This place is definitely a VIBE! I received a facial, aromatherapy, and the hand resurfacing treatment. Once the facial started it was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. I am pretty sure I fell asleep in the middle of it because of how relaxed I was! The essential oil steam was my favorite part because it smelled amazing and the steam felt so good on my face. She has the most gentle touch and included a face and neck massage into my facial! I left looking and feeling like a new woman. I also loved how I was getting one on one time with my esthetician. She showed that she really cared about me and my skin- she even gave me her phone number to contact her anytime I have trouble with new products or to get her opinion on anything. She really took care of me and made the experience absolutely unforgettable. Ms. Niqua worked her magic, and I am so excited to go back again in the future! I moved here not so long ago from the West and needed a Doctor when I got here and was lucky enough to find Dr. Emmer and his staff. Not only are they friendly, but very thorough. Dr. Emmer ran the typical tests that one would for a new patient and then took the time to sit down with me and go over each and everyone with me personally. His nurse is also very thorough and gathers a lot of information regarding how your feeling, your weight, blood pressure, etc. I have been back for a couple of follow up visits and was treated the same way. Dr. Emmer and his nurse even took the time to talk to me about the current Virus pandemic and how to deal with it now, and in the future. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Every year Chris does this examination and he usually finds a few things he characterizes as pre-cancerous. That doesn't mean cancer exists but that certain little bumps can go south. He always gives them a good freeze and in a week or so they are gone. I did have to wait in the reception area for one hour past my appointment time. Chris gave me a sincere apology. Supposedly you will receive a link to rebook, but the link never comes. So the 3rd time, still no results. Online on the website is the only result I got to cancel thru the virtual chat. I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. I was going to reschedule, but I decided that I'm done here. Will search for a more reliable, patient-friendly place.
