The place is always busy and I do notice many try their shakes. I guess I will do that next. That being said, given how busy it gets sometimes it seems that they could use or maybe even need more servers, unsure. The kitchen crew tho are crushing it back there. I really don't wait too long for my food. I once went to pickup a pizza to go and it was dropped on the ground. They apologized accordingly and Tabatha even treat me with a very tasty dessert as I waited for my replacement. Peggy is EVERY organized and pleased to deal with when I was sitting at the counter the other day. Brittney and Tabatha are just two excellent customer oriented going above and beyond running around NON-STOP. PS. I CAN'T GET ENOUGH THEM FRIES.

There was a special for Blizzards and the order had to be placed through the app. I downloaded the app, and there was no way to order at this address through the app. I asked the young lady about it and she said she had no idea how to do it, I was the first person to ask. Later, I went back to the counter, and a young man waited on me, never said hello, thank you, or anything else. I believe that Customer Service personnel should be taught to speak to customers appropriately. I hope this Dairy Queen improves in Customer Service.
