Honestly, honesty from the Service advisor. Integrity of the Service advisor. Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I have no further trust for Richardson Chevrolet in Standish, MI, KG.

He'd always yell when called in the spring to schedule boat returned. The last time we used him, spring 2024, the boat was returned in exactly the condition it was given to him. It hadn't been covered, wrapped, cleaned - nothing - the entire winter. The seats are now faded, cracked, RUINED. Mind you, this isn't a new boat but it was immaculate when we got it. Mike destroyed our family pontoon. He left it out in the elements for an entire Michigan winter and it is ruined beyond repair. Insurance won't cover it, they said to sue him but we never want to see his face again. Do not trust him with your boat.

If we could give Old Point Comfort Marina a 10 we would!!!…read moreWe finally decided to get a new motor for our pontoon boat. Our old motor was overheating and we went to Old Point Comfort Marina. Even though it was the middle of summer they got us our new motor quickly and we were back on the water in less than a week. A few weeks later we took the boat out and the engine stalled and we could not get it started and had to be towed off the lake. We called OPCM and they sent someone out to our boat immediately. After running some diagnostics they determined we had a faulty fuel pump and we would need to pull the boat and bring it in. We thought our boating season was over but OPCM went WAY above and beyond customer service by finding the part and getting it installed and getting us back on the water to enjoy this Labor Day Holiday. Thank you OPCM !!
