He'd always yell when called in the spring to schedule boat returned. The last time we used him, spring 2024, the boat was returned in exactly the condition it was given to him. It hadn't been covered, wrapped, cleaned - nothing - the entire winter. The seats are now faded, cracked, RUINED. Mind you, this isn't a new boat but it was immaculate when we got it. Mike destroyed our family pontoon. He left it out in the elements for an entire Michigan winter and it is ruined beyond repair. Insurance won't cover it, they said to sue him but we never want to see his face again. Do not trust him with your boat.

Whoever heard of an owner of a shop working 4th of July setting up orders, working the parts counter and delivering boats - no matter how many hours it takes?
