They even tracked down a spare part for me from a wreckers (other centres didn't even try and only recommend new parts). Can't fault them at all! Price: Very reasonable. Location: Parking on premises but also has ample on-street parking. Also reasonably close to the city but definitely not walking distance. The place is always busy, as I drive by it regularly, but the thought of going away from my Mitsubishi dealer service was somewhat daunting; now, I can only imagine how much money I would have saved if only I'd gone there for service years ago. Andrew Burrows, the owner, and his team are great people to work with. Their service is impeccable with an honesty - they actually try to save you money on repairs! - that's a rarity in today's world of hustle and bustle. They service all makes and models of cars, utes - almost whatever you drive - with a quick turnaround time and labour costs that won't break the bank! They also handle Safety Certificates - got one for a Honda Accord I recently sold - and also sell batteries, ice and even BBQ gas. However, go there for the automotive service. I managed to get a hold of this car (very very lucky) and was able to pick it up about 2 weeks later! I had Gambia and HE'S AWESOME. So so lovely and dedicated to his job. He's not pushy at all and just an all around general good man. I would so recommend him and I'd definitely go back here and buy a future vehicle/ recommend them. Even though I'm from the Northside of Brisbane I would travel the distance to have their quality service. I've been to a few VW dealerships in Brisbane and they've all been pretty pushy and irritating (one which we walked out of). All of the people that work here are friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed giving them my life savings :P Top quality service. Top quality cars. Top quality people. Definitely give them a shot. Rip off and unprofessional…read more I ordered a new tyre from Northside Honda on 21/11/18 for $295. I went in to pick it up today and was given the 'rubber' tyre only. I don't know much about cars but I was expecting, either the new tyre comes with rims or that Honda will fit the tyre onto my rims. None of the above happen. The staff just put the rubber into my car and was happy for me to drive off. I was then told there might be additional charges to put the rubber onto my rims. After speaking with other staff members, it was confirmed that the cost of $295 includes the rubber tyre and fitting, but this can't be done today so I have to go back next week. I am dissatisfied that I wasted an hour driving to Northside Honda just to be given a piece of rubber for $295, and later told that there might be additional charges for the fitting. Honda employees should be more professional and knowledgeable. They should know their products, that a new tyre purchased includes the rubber tyre and fitting. I am also dissatisfied that I had to paid for the tyre today when nothing has been done. And, that I still have to go back next week to get it fitted. This is unnecessary stress and could have been avoided had Northside Honda's employees been more professional and educated on their products and services.
