BUT NOT w/Miguel Mobile Mechanics (I really sound like I'm advertising, Lol) I am EXTREMELY overjoyed with MUCH Gratitude :) with the service I received on my 2009 Mercedes. they fixed a problem (coolant tank & hose) that another mechanic messed up:( Miguel Mechanics corrected it/fixed fit! Issue No.#2 was electrical (Yikes! right), my dashboard lights continued to go out, then my gear shift got stuck, along with my steering wheel collar...FIXED! they are straight forward, smothered in honesty EVVVVVRY step of the way. They will Definitely save you money. and to Ms. Korina, GURL! You Absolutely shine at what you do!!! and I thank you So Very Much! I truly Appreciate you ALL. - Felicia J.

5-Star Review…read more Miguel's Mobile Mechanic is truly a lifesaver! They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent -- I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician's arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Overall, I highly recommend Miguel's Mobile Mechanic to anyone looking for honest, low-cost, and reliable service for their vehicle. Exceptional experience from start to finish!

I'm not the first person he has done this too. Just because its a small town don't be fooled like we were. Our GMC K3500 with a truck camper, developed severe rear brake problems while we were on a trip far from our CA home, camping near Overton, NV. Manic Mechanics sure saved the day for us. They started early in the morning, diagnosed the problem, and although busy with other work, moved our problem to the top of the list. Russ test-drove the truck for about 30 minutes and made two personal trips to get parts, getting us out that same day. I won't go into the technical details here, but suffice it say the problem was corrected as if the truck was new again. Ethical, honest and affordable. The shop is not a fancy showplace, but more of a REAL desert service garage oriented towards getting the job done. All that in about 115°F heat. They are right across from the Overton Airport at 1175 Cooper Street in Overton, but their mailing address is 3475 N Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV 89021. I wish I lived close enough to use Manic Mechanics on a regular basis.

I hired him for four things. The first problem - my car smells badly of gas. He changed the gasket on the fuel pump that is under the backseat. My car still smells like gas. The check engine light was on. And my car sort of starts up slowly. He put the diagnostic tool on the car and it told him to change the thermostat. So I bought the thermostat. He replaced it. Unfortunately, The check engine light is still on, and my car still does not start up normally. It takes turning over many times to start. The third thing I hired him to do was to fix the car vibrating when you hit the brakes at higher speed. I test drove it after he finished the work, but I guess I did not bring it up to high enough speed to feel it vibrate. He basically lubricated the brakes and he said that should take care of the problem. But it did not take care of the problem and the car still vibrates. He claims that he did good work because he lubricated the brakes. But he did not fix the problem. The fourth thing I heard was change the rear camera. That works. one of the three things that I hired him to do, does work better. Now he's over here arguing with me that he did all this work. But he can't seem to understand that he didn't actually fix three of the four problems have. Basically, I paid him almost $500 to do a bunch of work that solved almost none of the problems that I was having with my car. Somehow he feels justified that he actually did some work so he feels like he earned his money. But I didnt hire him to do random work, I hired him to fix problems. He does not seem to understand that.

As an aging millennial with wildly unchecked adhd, whenever I needed my car worked on I would spend hours googling and still always seem to get end up with someone who wanted to try their best to get as much of my money as possible (especially because I know NOTHING about cars. And it's very obvious that I am very anxious and very easily tricked). Finding Mike has been a massive relief. He's communicative, fair, and very transparent. He let me know the breakdown of costs of a particular repair, and when I had him come back later to do a full check to make sure my car wasn't secretly a ticking time bomb, he let me know what issues to prioritize and which ones could take a backseat. And lastly, while working on my car, he took the time to explain what he was doing, and what particular aspects of the car actually did. Often, mechanics have an energy of "I know you don't understand what I'm saying, and I'm going to capitalize on that. Because I know stuff, and you don't". Mike did not want to make sure I knew that he "knew stuff", but instead earnestly wanted me to learn more about how cars function (something he is obviously incredibly passionate about). So, TLDR: If finding a mechanic fills you with the crippling anxiety that often comes with the nuances of being a functioning adult, this is your guy.
