Their service was excellent and efficient, and I received a Designer's Choice bouquet I ordered for my partner in high-quality condition. There was a mix of white- and pink-colored roses, specific for Valentine's Day, and it was ready for pickup on the date I requested. When I made the order online, there was also an option to add a customized note that I appreciated when it was attached to the gift. The store itself also had stuffed teddy bears and other assorted designer bouquets as well when I stopped to pick up my order. Timely order, great follow-through, and gorgeous flower quality.

Okay, update. They did end up texting me and calling me when they came to deliver but it was kinda…read morenerve wracking waiting to see if they'd show. Next time they should email a confirmation a day before or so to reassure the customer that it's coming. And maybe text sooner, to say like "Your order is on your way"!
