Another good and useful product is their propane tanks, bring your own to refuel at a reasonable price. If you need storage they rent sheds on the premises. I would have given 1 star if not for the call from Larry after the event occurred. Larry did his best to try and resolve the issue, however by this time I found another solution. I made a 3-day reservation of a motorcycle trailer. I arrived at the location about 1.5 hours after the estimated pick-up time only to be told that my reservation had been given away because they called me and I didn't answer. I couldn't answer due to work calls, which was my reason for arriving later than the estimated pickup time. I first spoke with a clerk (didn't get his name) asking where on the reservation it said that it would be given away if I didn't arrive exactly on time. He was unable to do so - this is because there isn't anything in the reservation saying that the reservation would be ignored - only that I would be charged even if I didn't pick up the rental. At this point the local manager, Jeremy Holguin, inserted himself into the issue flatly stating that I wouldn't get the rental because they had committed it for the next morning. This didn't make any sense unless he was renting it to a friend, as a three-day rental would have netted the location more profit. I asked for the owner's name and number and Jeremy refused, saying I could "look it up". He was a power tripping employee who should have no contact with clients. As a result I will never consider renting from this location again, and because of the interaction with Jeremy Holguin avoid U-Haul altogether. It was a waste of time. I wish I had read some of the other reviews, including the one from Arianna P on August 26, 2024 which essentially has the same story of Jeremy Holguin being rude and refusing to serve the customer.

I had decent service but upon the return had some difficulty as I had to do my truck rental return online. No one was around to help and customer service was no help either when calling to ask for online check in help. Three days later I get a big transaction on my credit card, I get a call from the office saying I owed more money. I ended up paying an extra $60 dollars for what they had an excuse for. Therefore I wasn't honored what my discount was supposed to be on top of other fees that I shouldn't have had to pay. Other than that the truck I rented was a good size. The ramp was a big help in moving. The truck was also clean and ready to go when I needed to pick it up. I have rented many times before. I just wasn't to happy with this location.

George was extremely helpful, friendly, outgoing, and professional. George went above and beyond in assuring that renting a truck from his business was a positive experience. It was, and I appreciate the great service. Thank you! From the minute I walked in until I was handed the key to my rental truck, the total time spent processing the paperwork was 7 minutes and 3 seconds. It was a quick and smooth process. I used the rental truck for 4 hours to move personal property, and it worked like a champ. I completed my project on time. My experience on this occasion and during my previous three visits has always been positive, and employees have consistently provided top-notch service. It is this amazing service that will keep me a loyal customer of this location, and when I need to rent a truck in the future.

Horrible service. Went with my partner to return the U-Haul after already being sent to 3 locations…read morethat morning. We refilled gas. Got charged anyway for not filling gas (which I later got refunded after calling customer service). But worst of all...the employee helping us out went to consult with another guy. The other guy then proceeds to get an air pressure machine used to blow dirt and trash and starts blowing it AT US. Literally had dirt and open chip bags blown directly onto my shoes and hit my bare ankles. Disgusting behavior.
