If I could rate them a -5 STARS I would in a heart beat! Need to speak to someone important as soon as possible. Very dissatisfied customer. My son got into an accident on 12/12/2018 and the vehicle was brought to Caliber Collision for repairs on 12/13/2018. The vehicle was schedule to be completed on 02/08/2019, but I actually just picked up the vehicle today on 03/23/2019. 100 days to complete repairs on my vehicle when the estimated days were 57 days from 12/13/2018 - 02/08/2019. I have numerous text messages from Paul (individual who's in charge of my vehicle) explaining why it's taking longer than normal. The main reason being it's a new vehicle and Caliber wants to make sure everything is perfect when the vehicle is ready. Today, when I picked up the vehicle...everything wasn't perfect and I explained to Paul about everything I saw wrong with the car. I was very patient to make sure Caliber had more than enough time to fix the vehicle so I wouldn't have to come back. My final question to Paul was...."do you believe my vehicle has all standards as a finished quality product of Caliber Collision"? His reply was, "NO, but we can fix everything if you just give us a day"! How can I give any more days to fix a vehicle that has been in the shop already for over 100 days? Terrible service, the vehicle was not up to par as promised. I feel as I have been ripped off big time and taken advantage of. I will be contacting my insurance company so hopefully no other consumers will be mislead by lack of service/quality Caliber Collision puts out. Following an accident late last year, I got my SUV fixed at this Caliber location. They were incredibly helpful and kept me posted on my vehicle's progress every step of the way, even having my car ready two days earlier than expected. My car was returned to me like nothing had ever happened, complete with an immaculate paint job. I am very pleased!! Oh, and even though the damage to my vehicle was on the passenger side, they took it upon themselves to straighten out my front license plate (from an unrelated incident) -- unnecessary but so thoughtful. I am beyond pleased with my experience at this Caliber Collision location, and while I hope to never need another post-accident repair, I will happily bring my car back here in the future if I do. read more

If I could give them negative starts I would. I had my car transferred here for hail damage and I've never had such a terrible experience with any business. To start they called me on a Friday telling me they'd have my estimate by Monday and would let me know before starting work on my car and that it was most likely totaled. Monday morning I get texts that they have began repairs on my car, I never got an estimate nor did my insurance company. They had ordered parts and began working before contacting myself. That's not even the worst part, when trying to contact someone to figure out what's going I got transferred to the general manager Gilbert. When I explained what happened and asked what was happening with my car he replied, "when do you want us to update you, every second, every hour, every minute!?" After I realized how this conversation would go and his sarcasm/blatantly rude attitude I started recording it. He wouldn't let me speak nor ask questions even though I remained civil and calm, he spoke over me for the entire conversation. Then when i decided I was not going to leave my car here and transfer it to another caliber he called and tried to gaslight me saying "we were going at each other", the only response I gave him is that speaking to customers like this was very unprofessional and not acceptable. When they transferred my car back to the original caliber collision I was getting speed alerts of over 75 miles per hour on hwy 281 in my car. These also alert the driver to slow down but the driver did not, I also have all the screen recordings of this. When going to pick up my car after repairs I immediately noticed a huge dent on my passenger side door an inch from the window to about 2 inches from the bottom of the door. When informing the man that this dent was absolutely not there when I dropped my car off he showed me that the guys at this location took a picture of it and tried to lie and say that the dent was there when dropped off! Luckily the guy knew the experience I had with this location and knew that it was a big lie. I did a further inspection of my car and realized they put scratches down to the metal in my paint from doing the hail damage repair. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I had my 2016 Toyota 4Runner going through repairs with USAA after an accident. I sent it to a caliber collision that was located 4 minute from me, but it was transferred to this location due to high demand at the prior location. I specifically notated the parts that needed to be repaired, which were the front passenger and rear passenger door, including my running boards and suspension. When I received my vehicle after almost 2 months, the installation in the front passenger door was not reinstalled, the incorrect runningboards were put on and they were facing downwards towards the ground, and they never looked into the suspension issue. the manager kept asking me to hold off on writing a review so he could make good on repairs and I did. overall it seems like they were too busy stealing the items out of my vehicle, which I also notified the manager via text by sending video and photo evidence. To which I received no response in what would happen with either replacing or reimbursing me for my stolen property. luckily whoever stole my stuff was dumb enough to steal the tracker that I bought and left in my vehicle as well. If no response is made charges will definitely be pursued! As a claims adjuster myself, it's terrible to find out that this is how you treat customers, especially if you are select service shops working with insurance companies! read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. To start off with, they returned our car with a warning light still on! We had left front end damage to our car and had to have the while suspension, rim, tire replaced on our car. So when we went to pick it up and a low tire pressure light was on, we knew that this was related to the repairs that they did on our car. I spoke with the representative about the light and what they were going to do to fix it and I was told to take it to Discount Tire to fix the issue. What, really? You are the repair shop that just fixed this part of the car and I have to take it to someone else and pay out of pocket?! Which we did since they had our car for over two months. They told us to send them the receipt of what it took to get the light off and they have not acknowledged it or paid us back the $300 it took to fix the issue. This place is terrible! It is the recommended repair shop for our insurance company and believe me, my insurance will be getting feedback on this too. Nobody called to keep us updated as to what was going on, we had to be the ones that called to find out the status of our car. They ran the bill up to just a $1000 away from totaling our car too. I would have preferred that my car be totaled, but of course, nobody called to talk to us about this before they started repairs. I do not understand how front end damage ended up requiring a new muffler be added. They are scammers. They ran the bill up, did not total our car and replaced things that don't make sense. When we asked what the cost of repairs would be, they told us that the estimate is created and updated while doing the repairs. I understand that things are found during repairs that were not expected, but what started out as an initial estimate of $5500 turned into a total repair cost of $12,600! That was not a good estimate to begin with. PLUS, they did the repairs on our car without our consent!!! They never asked for verbal or written consent to do repairs on our car. Neither did our insurance company. I would never recommend this shop to anybody. read more

It has been nearly 3 weeks since my vehicle had been under Caliber Collisions hands. 1st week they were not able to process at the initial location it was sent to, 2nd week it was transferred to a different location. As owner of the vehicle, I have yet to receive a copy of the estimate of repairs or a response back regard my concerns of impact assessment not being processed in the initial estimate given the extent of the damages of the body. A certified 3rd party will be required regarding the HEV battery and no one has provided me with any updates. I've called several times, this is very disappointing customer service having to call them personally to get any updates (including standard information with respect to transfer of vehicle between locations, completion of the estimate, estimated completion of repairs, and certificate required service inquiries). read more

Caliber has redeemed itself. I had previously written a one star review. Really a 4.5 rating now. I have had a now 35 day saga getting my car fixed. To recap the left front suspension/ tire/ rim got messed up on a curb. Car languished for a week and a half at first repair shop with little action because of apparent lack of motivation and miscommunications between Cambridge Auto and USAA. Had car sent to Caliber and Anthony Verrow was my assigned consultant. He kept me informed regularly by call and text without me having to prompt. 10 or so days later I picked it up only to hear a rattle and find a daytime running light in the repair area cracked. They apparently hadn't test driven it or did a poor job. They apologized profusely and I left it. Turns out it was a cracked engine mount. Anthony worked with USAA to get it covered as well as the light under my first deductible and they also replaced the right front tire at their expense as it was a little worn. Then of course my car and 70 others get hail damage in a storm while there. Caliber fixed it too and waived my deductible. Wow. Fantastic service recovery. Anthony was great. Highly recommend Caliber. They adjusted when things weren't going right and made it right. The 1/2 off was that I had identified the cracked light at the very beginning but that seemed to get lost in the shuffle before being fixed at the end and might have caused a little extra delay. Oh and I forgot --- they delivered the car on a Saturday too. Hard to find that kind of service. Ok, maybe it was a 4.75. read more

Paul (my assigned technician) is AMAZING! He kept in contact with me, sharing updates every two days. Many parts had to be replaced/repainted and Paul made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. He is friendly, professional and extremely thorough at explaining everything. I had to have hail damage fixed. They reviewed the insurance adjusters report and scheduled a day to drop off the car. A week later, we find they have yet to even start on the vehicle.
