I used this shop in November 2024 for repair ( replace) a bumper on my 2023 Tacoma. The person ( Cameron) who handled my claim was outstanding, as was the front desk lady Amanda. The shop people were not as good, on the contrary, they are negligent beyond belief. Allow me to elaborate: A couple days after getting my vehicle back, I noticed they forgot to secure the bumper correctly by neglecting to secure it with the rivets. I had to take the truck back and have them fix it. Fast forward to today,1/14/2025, as I was backing out of my driveway, my neighbor noticed the reverse light on the passenger side was not working. I took apart the tail light assembly and discovered that the reverse light electrical connector from the tail light assembly was not connected. I connected the connector and issue was fixed. Who ever is running this shop should know that this is probably not the first time this has happened. I gave it 2 stars because the front of five help was friendly and effective. read more

6 years ago, I found myself in need of Caliber Collision's services. I gave them a five star review. Recently, after a rear end collision, I found myself back in their care. My review remains the same. They were friendly, helpful and professional. After getting approval from the other driver's insurance company on the estimated cost of repairs, they went right to work on them. During the repairs, they found structural damage under my vehicle that was unseen from the outside and needed to be fixed. They submitted the request to the insurance company for approval. Suddenly, for reasons unknown, the agent suddenly disappeared. Caliber Collision reached out to him daily with phone calls and emails to no avail. After a week, another agent finally contacted both of us to confirm that the additional charges were approved. Did Caliber Collision have to take on the responsibility of contacting the insurance company on my behalf? I would think not. This is what you call taking care your customer and showing that you appreciate their choosing you for your needs. This is what you call quality service. In over 50 years of driving and 4 kids, we've had quite a few body shop "encounters" but no one even comes close to their courteousness, professionalism, expertise and pricing. Caliber Collision is the very best I've ever seen. Their text tracking messages kept us informed throughout the entire process. I bought a new used 2018 Ford Dually back in 2019. I try to keep her in as best shape possible....interior and exterior. I parked at a restaurant (out of the way) to pick up food. When I came out, she was wasn't as I left her. Some van had scratched the side of her bubble hump and really left deep visible scratches. I called Caliber Collision and WAYNE helped me out. He told me to come in so they could take a look at it. He took the keys, drove it to the back, and five minutes later drives to the front. I'm waiting for an estimate and he gives me the keys and says I'm ready to roll..... WHAT?!?! These sons of guns fixed the scratches (to make them less visible) and said "Have a nice Day." Worst place I've ever taken my car to be repaired. Rude manager. The other members of the staff seem to be great and caring people.

My car was hit and progressive sent my car here. BOY WAS I TRULY DISAPPOINTED. Do not go here and if you have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket , I advise you don't. After repairs , to what was a proportion of everything. I had further problems, however once you pay they don't give a rats a$$ about you. Okay so after I pointed out during my post inspection the problems that were still there. They told me they will talk to my insurance and contact me couple days. Ofc they didn't, so I called a week later and pretty much acted like they don't recall anything. I talked to my insurance and they said I had to file another claim, so I did . Another month rolls by and I get the GM (general manager) so ofc i feel like I'm in good hands. Turns out my rear bumper has a vent that needed repair and was caused by some damage (which is visible). I get a quote for 1100 to "fix the rear bumper" so I go ahead and bite the bullet. I got constant updates and felt confident and felt like me and the GM clicked well and felt like I could trust him . Until it was time to pick up the car. The car got nicely washed the car was actually running but when I saw the rear bumper it looked exactly the same. For 1100$ and roughly 11 man hours which included "paint" and hazard waste I was highly disappointed considering I paid so much just for a vent. Where was the paint and the repairs , I guess I'll never know because he was supposed to provide pictures but said oh he lost them. So guess what, he says "how about this we give you a call back and give you a quote on that bumper" which I replied I just spent 1100 on it .. to which he said " yeah but maybe we could get you a better deal" at the end the GM was as much as a leach as the company itself and I blame my insurance as well . Forcing me to go here again even tho it was a new claim . Backtrack of why the rear bumper was the problem. The "reason" the rear bumper was the problem was Apperantly the vent caused no drainage for when it rained. Therefore when it did rain my trunk flooded and if you know about Chevys . All our eletric components are back there (camaro) so after the first repair it rained and my whole trunk leaked causing the whole electronics components to short. I took my car after progressive insurance referred me to go there. 3/6/2023 to repair. Wayne is the person who received my car and promised to make a great job. My car was without chips and dings, only issue was the one they have to take care of bumper and grill. They took 2 weeks for nothing, I went to picked the car on a rainy day and it was almost impossible to check it like that, but even they have a cover area they didn't took time to do it. After getting at home it was a terrible surprise. Horrible job if you can called like that, the hood has big gaps on every side, paint on my car chipped on several parts, they used the old clicks. We talked to wayne again and gave him one more chance, he promised this time will be different and he will personally be on charge of this. But today 3/31/2023 we went back again and it was even worse than the first time, more chips on my car, paint have fish eye, gaps on the head lights and bumper. This time Wayne didn't show up , but we leave the car there and hopefully this time they can do what they supposed to have to do. My husband and I have to take time off just for this, we are waisted money for their lack of responsibility. This is causing us pain and suffering and who's going to compensate us for this? We don't want anything for free, just the job to be done right. Now I have to file a complaint to BBB and make this public on every single social media. We don't want something like this happen to anyone else. Recently used Caliber to repair $10k worth of Hail Damage done to my truck after a recent visit to West Texas. Despite my Insurance company sitting on their hands, Caliber took my truck in and got started on it immediately. The location Manager, Wayne, was my contact through the process. He kept me updated constantly via phone call and text. The circumstances involved in having to deal with a collision center are typically not positive but Caliber made it as stress free as possible for me every step of the way...I've used Caliber in the past and have always been impressed with not only their service but their quality work. It's nice knowing in the event something inconvenient or catastrophic happens to my vehicle, that there is solid place to take it to get fixed. I'd give them extra Stars if it was an option. Great work and great customer service Christian of Caliber Collision Rosenberg was great to work with. He fully explained the process and timing before the work started and once started he provided texts to inform every step of the process. When completed he offered to drive the car to me if I couldn't get to the shop. His repairs have the car back to looking new. Their motto is Restoring the Rhythm of your Life and they have certainly done that. I highly recommend them for collision repairs Followup: I had to adjust my score for some follow up work with Christian and my experience has been the opposite of the original work. Christian ordered the parts for the follow up work and everything seemed smooth but they were the wrong parts and getting him to order the correct parts has been a nightmare. He's now stopped communicating with me so I had to reduce my rating because it seems he is great before you pay but absolutely terrible with any follow up work. read more

I was lied to about what parts were replaced on my car. It was in their shop for over 2 weeks and still wasn't fixed correctly when I got it back. They also refused to fix their work even though they give a "lifetime warranty" on it. Overall poor work quality and poor service. read more

I went to this location per Geico recommendation. There were three agents there. One of the agent was helping a customer with a claim while the other two agents were chatting about their kids school and other school related stuff while I was being ignored. After waiting for a few mins I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else. I know the employees who were working there are not the owners so they really don't care if they lose a customer. Dropped my vehicle off into the capable hands of Wesley Broadway and he did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the repairs. When I picked up my car it looked perfect. The interior was clean and the repairs look great. Considering I brought my car to the shop after the stressful experience of having an accident that wasn't even my fault, it was a good repair experience. Inconsistent information. My vehicle was sent here for repair and I have been told multiple times now that my vehicle would be ready and then it keeps getting pushed back. I am having to pay $350 a week for a rental as I am not local to the area and I require a vehicle to get to and from work. I am frustrated at the lack of information and no one will provide me with a date my car will be fixed. read more
