I Googled for body shops in Hanford, and called three of them and none of them could take my car before sometime in July. I needed my car back, so that didn't work. Then I posted a message on Yelp and this company responded almost immediately and they could take my car right away. No one else on Yelp even responded. Since the insurance company was taking a long time to get back to me, I told them to just repair the car so it was drivable and I would pay for it out of my pocket, and deal with the insurance company for getting reimbursed. They had my car ready by June 9 which was just a little over a week and the cost was very very reasonable. I had questions because I have not had an accident like this and the young man in the office was really friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

There's a missing weather strip on the roof and they didn't buff out the whole car. He said "call us so we can finish the car up in a few weeks... They had my vehicle for 7 weeks and couldn't finish it. That's all the damage that was done to my car and it's taken almost 2 months. Twice the side view mirrors buttons didn't work and the hood button didn't work. Also, they have feral cats and when I picked up the car the hood had scratches on it. I found out later that they put wax over to try and cover it up. They didn't properly tape the windows and theres paint on the weather strippings. Owner is a jerk too if you ever talk to him after the job is done and the paint job wasn't great.
