Not only is the customer service is horrible as well as the service. The technicians on the road have nearly caused an accident at least four times in their company vehicles throughout the Nashville area. read more

poor service from the front to the end of the job. I've seen better bodywork come out of nadc. not even sure if the body tech is trained to do that or truck at the circus. then had to deal with the paint looking like 10 different shades on one panel. then the biggest joke of all little man Matt more house trying to sale me on a repair that looked like it came from copart and dudes an ass. read more

I hit something in the middle of the free way and my oil pan began to leak. Google told me this is about a 4 hour job. Now we are about to hit 4 weeks in and i still have not got my car back there was a couple other small things they through into the mix but that does not justify how long this process has taken and who knows how much longer it will take. My progressive insurance goes through them is the only reason its still there. read more

Thank you to Caliber Collision for taking excellent care of my car and getting it back to me in a timely fashion considering the repairs it needed. I truly appreciate the extensive communication I received while my car was in their possession, both email, and phone calls. Rachell and the entire team made the experience easy, streamlined, and positive. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. read more

Okay well as you have read this before so I go to caliber the person who handles my claim wasn't there so I call back 2 different days and he is out sick which I hope he is doing better. I had my wife call the third time receptionist said he was not in today and the general manager said that he was not familiar with the case and to call back Monday and if he was not there they would find out something for me. Ok this upset me so much that I am just now able to post this I can't not believe that they are running a business like this. We have had our automobile in this shop 3 times past 2 years I first had it checked out mechanical to make sure they even calibrated the hatchback and it was sealed properly so fumes were not leaking inside Okay so far but the manager leaves the comments email him after I've called many times I'm done with caliber I tried to be fair and honest now I'm going to run it by my attorney and see what he thinks I should do. read more

great customer service, even the parts guy gave me direction to the front office. I didn't really know where to go. This guy stopped and helped me. read more

One of my worst customer service experiences, 98 days long. The short version: if you need major repairs, go somewhere else. They broke things that weren't affected by my wreck, didn't reassemble it carefully which lead to more damage, and an entire additional month was wasted on two (of four) repairs that look exactly like they did when I had to take the car back to Caliber the second time. I'll start with the good. I was in an accident with a box truck May 8th, causing significant damage to my engine. Bethany at the front desk is amazing, give that woman a raise. She was so kind helping me figure out what I needed to do, getting the car checked in, etc. She's been a delight through this whole ordeal. The rest however has been a nightmare. The technician initially assigned to my case was at first helpful and communicative until the estimated completion was moved back 20 days no explanation. My insurance rental had long run out, and they couldn't say much except "due to the extent of the damage." The estimated time changed several more times back and forth. The last week delay was because Lisa said she was unhappy with the condition and couldn't return it to me in that state. I finally got it June 26th.I *immediately* had to turn around when my turn signal wasn't working. Sure enough, they said that a damaged wire had fallen. Why was there still a damaged wire after the extra week quality check? Over the next couple of days I left for East Tennessee and noticed the following: A button cover on my radio had fallen off (I assume during the cleaning), the new headlight didn't sit flush with the hood, the hood wasn't flush with the side panel, the windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying, and the plastic shield underneath had not been refastened correctly so that it slipped off at the start of my drive, dragged the road and eventually ripped completely off. That could have caused another wreck easily! Lisa told me to tear off what I could and keep driving to get it back to them. Upon return, they did pay for a rental car for me. Joel the general manager took over, but did not communicate updates. I only ever knew what was going on when I called. Several times the packages containing the replacement parts came with the wrong thing. (I drive a honda cr-v, parts are readily available.) This went on for weeks. It's been over a month now, and I just got my car back August 14th. I stopped listening to what the estimate was because it was always pushed back. The last delay was after a final quality control check stating the headlight still did not fit right. When I got my car back, it still doesn't fit! Exactly the same as June 26th. It's the third light, he said, with a "this is the best we can do" tune. All in all, terrible experience. What would have improved it? Better communication, or really any at all. Get the vehicle to pre-accident condition, as my insurance who paid for this guarantees. Completing repairs correctly the first time so I didn't have to bring it back twice. Don't break things that aren't previously broken, which should be obvious. read more

Caliber had had my car for a total of 43 days today and it's still not repaired after being told it would be ready in 1-1-2025 then changing the date to 1-22-2025. I was told on 1-22-2025 that it may be done at the end of the week . The regional manager was very unprofessional and the whole process have been a nightmare read more

Best place to get your car repaired Great customer service, updates you throughout repairs, explained everything so I could understand. Never taking my car to another body shop read more

My car has not been repaired yet, but I did have a very positive experience today when I went by to set up a date. They were very nice--and extremely helpful. I appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere that they have created. I go back next week to drop off my car, and I fully expect that their work will be as impressive as they are. [I also am so glad that their location is so convenient. read more

I've unfortunately have had to use caliber a few times in the past year. Always have had a great experience with this location. That's why I've come back. This last time unfortunately wasn't so great. Customer service is always great and so is the workmanship. I dropped my car off to have it repaired. They we're a bit behind and I agreed to have it transferred to the Hendersonville location. I thankfully was able to wash it before taking it in and everything was great, smooth surface on the hood. No repair work was done to the hood. But after receiving my vehicle back I was able to wipe the dust of with my vehicle towels for drying my car. One particular area was rough and the towel was having issues over that area. There was a spot where the clear coat had come off and no one could tell me where or how it got there. Wasn't found on initial check in and Taz always does a great job on marking and making sure any prior damage is marked. They claimed someone possibly poured acid or oil on my car as my pictures showed the hood wet. Even though it had just poured when my pictures were taken. They came up with every excuse in the book. So it's time to move on. Write a review and if needed in the future.... Use another company to help restore your vehicle to the way it was left to them. UPDATE: upon further inspection of my vehicle. I noticed the passengers side front bumper was gapped around the headlight and definitely not lined up with fender. So I feel between hood and fender doesn't match on both sides. You can actually see what I think is called the absorber underneath the bumper. It's insane about the lack of workmanship and still waiting to hear back. I hope with a solution and not more excuses. read more

Lisa and Bethany were wonderful in keeping me updated on my car. Very Professional and kind.

On May 4th 2020 I was at a stop when a car ran right into the front of my car. Jena Green was my service advisor and Jeff Dickson the assistant manager were great at handling my repairs. Over $10,000 in damage and my car looks like new! On top of that my car was ready in just 2 weeks! I recommend Caliber Collision Downtown Nashville to everyone. read more

I had a fender bender incident and went to caliber collision as my insurance covered there. Had heard the mixed reviews but went ahead also with supply chain was not sure how long receiving parts would take. I was told it would be complete in a week and it was finished early! Super pleased with the experience from dropping off to pick up. The repair is super clean and looks like nothing happened. Adrienne and the staff inside were great and updated me on the status of repairs and parts. read more

First off, the people here are incredibly friendly. That's why the two stars. But, they refused to fix my car if I wasn't going through my insurance company. They won't take my cash! My repair would be less than $1,000.00, so I would pay out of pocket. They said no, they only work though insurance companies now due to "unprecedented times, and supply chain." What?! So, fair warning if you want to pay out of pocket, don't come here. They will turn you away. This review is for Caliber at 4600 Delaware Ave., Nashville. read more

This place is new and on 3rd Ave Downtown. My service was absolutely awesome. The person you need to deal with is BLAINE THORNTON Blaine.Thornton@CaliberCollision.com To get there go over the Jefferson Street Bridge heading toward Germantown and the first light turn left, then go to the stop sign and turn left. Service, and work done is excellent just needs more parking and who doesn't downtown. read more

Amazing customer service and repairs. Made the process as easy and convenient as possible. I will never take my car anywhere else!

I had my Fusion at this Caliber in Downtown Nashville. And though my car was deemed a total, I still got constant communication from my service writer Jena. She must have been doing something right bc now she is the manager of that shop! She did an excellent job keeping me updated on what was happening with my car and what the insurance was saying. That helped so much and made things easier when I found out it wasn't going to fix. I would definitely take my car back, I have seen their repair work and have friends who've gone to them as well and been very happy. Thanks to all involved! read more

This body shop was so easy to work with. I had a difficult time dealing with an insurance adjuster, but Taz did everything in his power to help me out. The employees were helpful and kind. As for the body work, they also did a great job on that and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using caliber collision! read more

This place is super unprofessional. Brought my car in to get a back light fixed and it took 2 1/2 weeks. They would tell me my car is done via text than I would call to ask when to pick it up and they would give me the run around and tell me it will be another 2 days. That happened 3 times. Highly recommend not going here. read more

This place is amazing especially if you have StateFarm. The staff is polite and the facility is very nice. They have a text system that provides daily updates on your vehicle and they will call immediately if there is a delay or something unexpected comes up. They worked directly with StateFarm, so I was only responsible for my $200 deductible at pickup. They also have a partnership with Hertz, so upon pickup, I was able to leave my rental car there. When I picked up my car, it was so clean and nice! I would highly recommend this place! read more

My car had cosmetic damage on the passenger side rear door and quarter panel. The quality of repair was excellent. It was also completed faster than was promised. Anissa did a great job and went above and beyond. Greg also provided a bit of extra help. I would definitely bring my car back to Caliber read more

I do not have any expertise in this service sector and frankly hope to never have to be a repeat customer fixing body work on my car. I did get several estimates from various body work shops and decided on Caliber because it was a Branded Company with local Franchises. . Caliber was not the leadt expensive, nor were they the most expensive. What I most liked about them...was how professioNal and kind the staff was at the Downtown lOcation in Nashville. They repaired the various dents and scratches my car absorbed over thirteen years of use... and drumroll... it looks amazing at what I perceived to be a fair price. I specifically encourage you to request TAZ... He was the agent in charge of my carr... constantly giving me updates on the status of my repair and updating me on when to anticipate completion. Which, I feel was quite efficient. So thats my 2 cents worth. They also guarantee their work... another BIG plus! read more
